Villa Anita, Cavtat

we really enjoyed our stay at Villa Anita. The host was wonderful. Anita replied to every message quickly and kindly. She was very accommodating in every way. The villa was equipped with far more than we expected. There was no need for us to bring toiletries except toothpaste. there was also dishwasher and washing machine tablets and all cleaning products we needed. The house was lovely and the air conditioning was appreciated and worked very well. Our daughters enjoyed all the time spent with Anita’s cat,whom they named snuffles. All in all , we had a really perfect stay and would love to come again

The only thing I could fault was the drying facilities. The rack was small but we managed. The outside is a walkway to other houses but we were aware of that and it wasn’t too bad. It was too hot to eat outside at lunchtime as we had no parasol but other than that small negative thing, we were really impressed with the villa. We loved the closest beach which was a 2 min walk

Vi var fem personer men det fanns tex bara fyra skedar, stolar osv.

Comfortable beds. Multiple bathrooms. Close to beach and restaurants. Host was very pleasant to deal with. When it was raining very heavily on our arrival, she offered us an alternative apartment where we could park directly outside and avoid getting wet. Would stay there again.

When I booked I was unaware that I needed to pay for parking. As the apartment is in the old town, it was necessary to park 10-15 minutes away in the public parking lot. It was 30 Euros for one day or 60 Euros for 3 days or 100 Euros for a week. There are 2 routes to the apartment. One involves walking along the marina for about 10 minutes and then up a flight of steps. The second involves walking along a path behind the apartment. This is a more gradual climb.
