Beautiful apartment & location

The apartment (no4) was fabulous, it was so clean & comfortable and had everything i needed for my weeks stay. The location was excellent too, up the alley near the little church at the end of the harbour. It was lovely waking up to the view. I would definitely stay again

Excellent base for a short stay

It was in a fairly quiet area but the planes overhead were a little noisy! Easy to get to and very convenient for town. Sea and restaurants within a few minutes walk.

Quite a few steps to get to apartment both inside and outside but it added to the experience! Plane noise.Small but perfectly formed apartment in close proximity to centre of Cavtat old town. No vehicular access which adds to the charm but could be a problem if you have a lot of luggage. Good for a few days away.

Beautiful apartment in a stunning location.

Apartment was beautifully and tastefully furnished. We loved the location, very close to restaurants and bars but also very quiet. Added benefit of having a small pool/plunge pool.

Location although not suitable for anyone who struggles with steps we were moved at the owners request to attic room very bright room but from bottom of port to the room was 60 steps we were fine with it but some won’t be!

Everything was immaculate , with lots of thoughtful extras like tea ,coffee ,salt ,little sweets on the table . Location was perfect very close to the main restaurant area but out of the way enough not to hear it at night .

The only draw back was the stairs up to the property without hand rails you need to be able bodied.

Perfect break in Cavtat

The apartment was fab, everything we needed was provided. Situated in the old Town but only a minutes walk to the seafront. We loved sitting out on the little balcony late afternoon and early evening. We would certainly stay there again Communication with the owners and everyone connected with the apartment, including the taxi transfer were spot on.

Apartment was nice and spacious, comfortable bed, outdoor area was clean. Nice location for Cavtat, much nicer than the other side of the bay.

We stayed 4 nights, it would have been nice to have an extra set of towels. Kitchen equipment was ok but limited, ok for v.simple meals but would be difficult to do a full self catered holiday. Damp smell in the bathroom which owner needs to fix.

Perfect accommodation

Absolutely gorgeous accomodation. Location was perfect. Comfy bed and exceptionally clean.

Nothing to do with the place but we had a large family that were staying above us for the first few nights and were loud. Stomping up and down heavy footed and kept me up. Owner apologised when they left but not their fault at all. Families do not normally come here so we were a bit unlucky.

Spacious and comfortable suite

We throughly enjoyed our stay in this charming, clean and comfortable suite which offered a delightful peek-a-boo view of the sea. While a bit tricky to find initially, we appreciated the apartment's location along a quiet passageway with great proximity to the waterfront promenade. We especially enjoyed the communal patio and plunge pool which provided a refreshing respite after a day's outing. We hope to return and highly recommend.

Worth noting...Villa Agava is located in a pedestrian-friendly zone hence the taxi drop area is a few blocks away, and there are steps to the property entrance.

Everything it was in an ideal location be it up steps. had everything you needed if you wanted to self cater. The decor was stunning.

The only thing I would mention is the communication about towel change, key safe etc was a bit limited.

very beautiful and tastefully decorated accommodation near the beach and restaurants in the idyllic village of Cavtat. Downstairs is a common lounge area with a small swimming pool. We will definitely choose this next time when we return.
