The apartment is a modern, comfortable space in a great location. The living space is great with loads of room, a tv with Netflix on it and a comfortable couch. We had everything we needed for our stay and the hosts we're great. It serves well as a base for swimming, exploring and eating out. Communication via WhatsApp made life easy too! It's located just off the main 'area' where the restaurants and yachts are, but it's somehow very quiet. Popping down to the shop etc is nice and easy because of the proximity. We will 100% book again when we return to Cavtat.

Owner was very kind to transfer last two days of our stay to later dates, as we had an emergency at home. When i came again a few days later the appartment was immaculate again and she didnt even charge me for extra cleaning. Thank you a million Ivana!

Exceptional

Very nice decorated and comfortable apartment, brand-new 😃 situated in a guiet street a few steps from the harbour promenade. Well equipped kitchen for cooking, two small supermarkets nearby, and a small fresh fish stand and butcher in front of the supermarked. The caring hosts Ivana and Marko were easily and fast reached by texting 😃 Met us at the bus station and walked us to the apartment, Marco also arranged lift to the airport. Many nice restaurants at the waterfront. We saw the sunset at the very nice little Star bar at the cliffs. We rented sit on top kayaks, saw fantastic cliff landscape and the best crystal clear water for swimming and snorkeling all around the bays 🐟🐡

Wir hatten eine Schöne Zeit

Das Sun and stone Apartment punktet auf Alle Fälle mit der hervorragenden Lage. Zudem ist der Host sehr zuvorkommend gewesen. Bei der Wohnung muss man bedenken, dass sie etwas klein ist (was natürlich nicht per se ein manko ist, da die größe hier im Netz deklariert wurde). Man sollte also resiluent dagegen sein, sich auf die Pelle zu rücken. Dazu hat leider ein Stuhl gefehlt für den Hochtisch, sodass einer von uns immer abseits essen musste.

Veldig fin og moderne liten leilighet. Kodelås på inngangsdøren, så du slipper å passe på nøkkel hele tiden. 1 aircondition rett over inngangsdøren og 1 aircondition over døren inne på soverommet, begge kan du justere på selv via fjernkontroll. Tv i stue og soverom. kjøleskap på kjøkkenet m.m. Leiligheten har alt du trenger. Når du kommer ut av leiligheten så kommer du rett til restaurantene og kaia med bare noen få meter, helt perfekt avstand til alt. Ingen lange oppoverbakker, kun trappene opp til leiligheten. (Det er evig lange trappetrinn-bakker i alle gatene i hele byen). Videoovervåkning i fellesgangen som gir en ekstra sikkerhet. Lett å få kontakt med verten hvis man har spørsmål, hun ordnet også transport fra/til flyplassen og var veldig snill og behjelpelig. Kan virkelig anbefales! 👍👍🙂

- Det er en dobbelt seng som er stor og fin og har gode hodeputer, laken og pledd. Men madrassen er veldig hard. (Men det kan jo være smak og behag) - Sofaen er liten, den ser ny og moderne ut, men er også veldig hard. Fin å sitte i, men ikke den typen du slenger deg nedpå for å slappe av/sove på. (Hvis ikke du liker harde underlag såklart). Men alt i alt så er det verdt det. Jeg leier gjerne igjen der🙂
