Well appointed apartment in the centre of all the action, Cavtat

The location was superb - just a few steps down into the heart of the resort. The host was exceptionally helpful and communicative. He recommended taking the water taxi to the resort rather than an Uber, and it was perfect, right beside our accommodation and a beautiful trip. Everything needed was provided in the apartment, as well as bonus items like sunscreen in the communal hall area. We were also able to check in early, which was great. Our host's brother-in-law, a taxi driver (in an air-conditioned Merc), took us into the mountains and back to the airport - a short 10 minutes away, picking us up steps from where we stayed. I can highly recommend this accommodation, its proximity to everything and the very responsive and helpful host. There is a small bar/restaurant right beside the apartment that offers well-priced breakfast and drinks. If we return, we will definitely stay here again.

Perfect hosts, stay, accommodation and location - We will be back

The property was really nice, centrally located and right next to lots of restaurants, bars and the harbour. Having aircon and a lovely bathroom with everything needed including a superb shower. Walks around the peninsulas and Cavtat in general from the location meant we were always on the move and exploring.

A little more preparation room in the kitchen to cut and plate food would have been good. An easy way to sort this would be an infil for the sink thus increasing the available area.

Perfect location for a nice room if visiting Dubrovnik!

The property was just what was needed - I did expect a slightly bigger room, but served its purpose. Suzana was delightful - and the location was perfect!

Good stay but disappointing room and looks better in the picrures then in reality

located near the Cavtat boulevard

Only 1 window in the room with a view to a wall. Expecting a small terrace, turned out to be a little square between 4 walls with no view. No parking around the corner, paid public parking is 5-10 walk away. Ventilator in the bathroom made a lot of noise, had to punch a few times to make it more silent

Thoroughly enjoyable

The location was ideal for us as it was near to all the restaurants. It was within easy walking distance to the harbour for the ferry and the bus station.

There was nothing to dislike about the apartment although the cups were a little small to have a decent cup of tea in the morning. It might be nice to have some mugs.

Relaxed stay

Lovely apartment very clean and fresh, comfortable bed. Location in Cavtat is spot on only a few steps from main harbour area with close vicinity to restaurants, bars and ferry transfers. Host was very helpful would highly recommend.

Great value for money in the heart of Cavtat!

Fantastic location in the old part of Cavtat, very close to all main restaurants but far enough from the main street to have a little peace and quiet! We particularly liked the private terrace and thought the place was amazing value for money. We would definitely stay again.

A lovely stay at the beach

The flat is very comfortable and well positioned. The main peninsular and restaurants/cafes are just a short walk away. The property is up a charming stone pedestrian street giving it a truly Mediterranean feel. The flat had amenities and was well kept.

Whilst the flat was great it has to be one of the most bizarre check-in experiences I have experienced. My fiancé and I drove from Podgorica and tried to give as accurate check-in time as possible since we would cross two borders and we knew there would be traffic. We even sent a message on the day to let them know we would arrive in 3-4 hours (which we did). However, when we arrived no one was at the property, one of the guests told us to find the lady with the keys at a restaurant at the bottom of the street. She was not there and not answering her phone. We waited nearly 25 minutes in the rain (with an electrical storm going on overhead) for her to come back - she had apparently popped out to the shops as she thought we wouldn't arrive at that time - clearly no one had communicated with her to let her know we had set off and were on our way. Thankfully the rest of our experience was lovely.

Location is unreal. Lady who runs it all is lovely! I notice a lot of people turning up complaining about their room size. You need to be more specific with this when booking.

A pearl in the center of Cavtat

Beautiful apartment right in the center of Cavtat, it had everything we needed and we were helped immediately by the staff and owners if something needed to be fixed. Everyone was incredibly kind, friendly and welcoming. The location is superb. We'd love to come back!

Lovely large fresh and very clean modern appartment. The lovely Marianna went out her way to makesure I was happy and comfortable. Coffee machine including coffee pods, toaster, kettle, hairdryer and great aircon.

Nothing I didnt like. Its exactly what I expected. I will definitely use them again. I would choose the room with a balcony next time. Over all great value for money.

Fantastic location really close to the harbour and walking path. We stayed on the top floor and it was a large space.

Bed wasn't the most comfy but was fine for the 4 nights. Had to ask for new towels.

Delightful!

A beautiful studio decorated, furnished and cleaned to a very high standard; it felt very luxurious with everything you could need. The location is perfect and our host, Mirjana was so helpful and accommodating - she made our stay really delightful. I’d highly recommend staying here.

Clean and comfortable facilities. The hotel is in good, very quiet location near the harbor, bars and plenty of restaurants. Perfect location for early flights from Dubrovnik Airport.

After 7PM you can't get with the car to the center of the city more - accessible to residents only (keep it in mind when you have to carry large luggage). Nearest parking is paid (10 kuna/1h, also at night).
