"Villa AnMari" The Cavtat View Residence

Lovely, new, clean and spacious apartment Communication was excellent Gorgeous view even on ground floor which we selected as we were travelling with our baby. (Note no lift to roof pool). There is a stairway down to the old town but we took the road route with our pram to avoid stairs. It’s two minutes extra and no big deal at all. We enjoyed the short walk down which is less than 10 mins. Loads of great restaurants and cavtat in general is gorgeous. Day tripping to Dubrovnik instead of staying there is the way forward in my opinion! Well equipped apartment, felt like a home from home.

The aircon is very strong!! It’s a good thing mostly just need to get it right after first night.

Couldn't fault the apartments. We stayed in a top-floor superior apartment, and the views were absolutely amazing. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. The kitchen area is quite small, but worked perfectly for our stay and was equipped with all the basics. The apartments are only a 5-10 minute walk from the harbour front, which was really convenient. However, it's worth noting that the walk back from the harbour is up a steep hill with quite a lot of steps, so may not be suitable for anyone with limited mobility. The pool was fantastic, and we had it almost entirely to ourselves most days! I would definitely recommend these apartments and have already been recommending them to family and friends. We would happily stay here again!

A full length mirror would’ve been ideal, definitely not a deal breaker though and wouldn’t stop me from staying here again.

Long walk down steps to the town so not ideal for people who are physically unfit.

Quite a modern set of apartments, well appointed inside with a pool on the roof with great views over Cavtat. Parking right outside and the apartment had everything we wanted. Good location, very near a set of steps which lead right down by the harbour.

The main problem was that, whoever designed the apartments did not pay any attention to sound-proofing, and every time someone in the next door apartment or upstairs moved a chair, plugged a kettle in, or flushed the toilet, we could hear it, and at one time I really thought there was someone in our apartment.
