I would book to stay here again

This property was lovely for myself and my partner. A good sized living area, double bedroom and a bathroom with a great shower.

The kitchen has the basics, with plenty of cutlery, pot, pans, cups, glasses and plates, but I would have liked a toaster to have been supplied.

Beautiful apartment with stunning views from rooftop pool.

Beautiful, clean, modern apartment with everything needed for our stay. Good location up a steep hill from the harbour. Rooftop swimming pool with amazing views. Close to airport for our early morning flight the next day. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Fabulous apartment.

The apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything you needed for your stay including 'rituals' toiletries. The location was ideal, less than 5 minutes to the harbour and restaurants. The infinity roof top pool was beautiful as were the views of Cavtat and beyond. Victoria met me and was delightful and was on hand if I had any questions, which I didn't as she explained everything perfectly on check in. I was a solo traveller and had an apartment on the ground floor and felt 100% during my entire stay.

Nice location but noisy

Quite a modern set of apartments, well appointed inside with a pool on the roof with great views over Cavtat. Parking right outside and the apartment had everything we wanted. Good location, very near a set of steps which lead right down by the harbour.

The main problem was that, whoever designed the apartments did not pay any attention to sound-proofing, and every time someone in the next door apartment or upstairs moved a chair, plugged a kettle in, or flushed the toilet, we could hear it, and at one time I really thought there was someone in our apartment.

Lovely apartment would definitely book again if staying in Cavtat

Excellent location with fabulous views of Cavtat. Apartment was ready when we arrived at 11.30 so didn’t have to wait until check in time of 15.00 Spotlessly clean apartment. Lovely rooftop and pool Communication from staff was excellent and we were welcomed by Victoria who was very friendly and informative.

The furniture on the balcony was very uncomfortable, plastic table and upright chairs. Would have been nice to have had a couple of lounging armchairs to enjoy the view with a glass of wine.

Fabulous views but beware of it being noisy location!

Brilliant views of cavtat! The pool was appreciated after a hot day of sightseeing. Very modern with clean bedding and towels.

Be warned - it is directly under the flight path of the airport and next to a main road into cavtat which is very loud when up on the rooftop pool area. I don’t think you would want to spend a week here “relaxing”.

Lovely little stay in Cavtat with excellent rooftop pool views!

Location was excellent - only 5 mins (depending on your fitness level obviously) climb/descent from/to the main town of Cavtat. Such a quiet little location and the rooftop pool view was absolutely stunning! I’m so glad we’ve stayed in Cavtat as Dubrovnik is pretty busy for our liking. No lifts so be prepared to walk up and down the stairs if you want to access the pool. The place itself is well-maintained with thoughtful apartment amenities. We were in ground floor and although the window could do a little bit more tinting for privacy reasons - I guess the curtain does the job. It’s pretty quiet too even though our room was facing the main road.

Internet was on/off on one of the days, lack of signage to find the reception, and no bottled water for those who aren't used to drinking tap water!

The most amazing views

We had an amazing stay. Victoria was very welcoming. The apartment was immaculate. The view is unreal. Air-conditioning in the bedroom and the living room. Everything you need in the kitchen. The shower has excellent pressure and hot. Lovely Rituals products. Wifi good. It was quiet, and we didnt hear any road noise or the planes. The bed was so comfortable. There is a small laneway across from the complex which leads straight to the town, a 2 minute walk. The pool was refreshing, with comfortable loungers, umbrellas and pool towels and of course the amazing view again.

Incredible apartment with a stunning view! Really spacious and well laid out. Check-in was a breeze with super helpful Victoria :). The rooftop pool was perfect and with the view it made it even more special. Cannot fault anything and the stay exceeded my expectations. If I'm back in Cavtat in future - this is where I'm staying! Easy walk into the town which has lovely restaurants and bars. Overall, thoroughly enjoyed my stay :) Fast transfer to the airport too!

Perfect spot for a Cavtat holiday.

The apartment was clean, modern and functional and was perfect for our 3 night stay. The property was a 5 minute walk from the centre of the village albeit down quite a sleep slope. People with mobility issues would find the walk up and down from the village quite challenging. The roof top pool area was lovely, offering great views and a nice shallow pool for cooling down.

Right from arrival our stay was made as easy as possible. Ana (the host) asked me to call her when we were on our way from the airport, she met us on our arrival to hand over the keys and showed us the room. She was really friendly and suggested some local spots we should check out in Cavtat. The room was lovely and we had excellent views despite staying on the ground floor. We had everything we needed, and more! The aircon worked amazingly. We spent many hours chilling on the roof terrance and using the pool to cool down. I would definitely stay again!

Gem of a apartment on one of the most picturesque places I have ever stayed

Absolutely stunning apartment. The view from our 3rd floor apartment was just breathtaking taking. The roof top pool and sunbathing area the icing on the cake.

The apartment was modern and clean with an amazing view from the apartment over Cavtat and from the infinity pool which was never crowded. Staff were brilliant and couldn’t do enough to ensure that the apartment was kept clean.

Awesome view, breath-taking sunsets

The location is excellent if you are travelling with a car and you want a great view. We stayed on the 1st floor. The apartments are all new, ultra modern and designed specifically for short-term holiday lets. Kitchen is minimal and there are no laundry facilities but these apartments are for the hedonists, rather than for those who want to cook and wash clothes. Aircon is excellent and has separate units for both living area and bedroom. Wi-Fi/bandwidth is OK but business use would be restricted to audio conferences due to the low upload speeds. The private pool deck and pool areas are awesome and provide an amazing view over the town and out to Dubrovnik. Sunsets from here are amazing.

The apartment building is surrounded on three sides by the main road through Cavtat and, like most of the town, is directly under the flightpath to Dubrovnik airport. So it can be noisy sitting on the balcony. Once inside, the living area and bedroom are both reasonably well insulated from the noise, however. The property is at the top of a hill, so the walk up from town may be strenuous for some, but you don't get views like this otherwise.

It will exceed your expectations!!!

This is exactly as it is shown in the pictures. Perfect location, perfect view, perfect place. The views of Cavtat and the roof top Pool are priceless, is worth every euro. Victoria and the cleaning personnel are kind and helpful. There's two walking paths from center to the building, and is close to supermarkets. Beds, air conditioner, wifi, all is brand new and comfortable. There is an uphill from the town center (not feasible for people with physical disabilties).
