Clean, apartment had nice and practical design. There was all important areas and were nicely equipped, all devices and furniture worked perfectly and were thought for comfort of guests stay. I liked balcony sitting, room table[could be used like cosmetic or writing desk] and dinning areas, which could be also used comfortably for 3 separate people on devices or small workstation. Other likeable: spacious shower, view from balcony was spectacular. Shops, restaurants and beach was only 5houses down, which is super close for this town and majority of southern part of Croatian coasts. Airconditioning worked perfectly. Host was friendly, helpful, at hand. Linens and towels were cleaned every few days or on request. Liked quit house hours rules, appropriate strength of internet, coffee dripper, electric stove, microwave, washing machine, cooler with freezing shelve, tv satellite, small sandwich grill provided in our apartment, hangers in important places, huge mirror…

Great location

The apartment was spotlessly clean with a lovely view of the honour at the bottom. Ideal location with a short walk {although the walk was a bit of a decline ]

there was a seating area (patio] around the apartments but unfortunately doesn't get the full sun.

Clean well

Clean, new quality materials used.

Ocean View was small. Walk to town was vertical, up hill, not for people with mobility issues or not in good physical shape. I made a mistake with the dates when I made my reservation -I asked to be refunded for the extra day prior to my arrival and was declined even though it was off season. They offered to give me a credit for my next visit but I leave 12 hour flight away and will unlikely return. It was on a busy street and the main walkway to the promenade was right next to the bedroom window.

Perfect location, modern, clean and great views.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom top floor and the view was amazing. Its location is so close to the centre just a steep walk back up but we did not mind this as very active anyway. The apartment was spacious, clean and equipped with everything we needed including great air conditioning. The host Mato was very helpful and always around if any issues or questions he also helped with our transfer to and from airport. I would definitely recommend a stay here and if I was to return to Cavtat I will use these apartments again.

Comfortable stay, gorgeous property will be back

The apartments were in a great location, only a 5 minute walk into the centre of Cavtat via steps. Our sea view apartment was very nicely furnished and very clean, what a wonderful view. The apartments are well equipped with air conditioning, free internet, TV, hairdryer, washing machine. The apartments were new and very well maintained. I would have no hesitation in recommending this property. The owner Mato Rilovic was a delightful host and super friendly, thanks again for a wonderful stay.

Fabulous apartment.

A lovely apartment with kitchen and balcony. Super clean and cosy. It is in an incredible location. Just a few minutes walk into Cavtat (approx 15mins in taxi to Dubrovnik airport) Super close to the marina, beaches and restaurants. Great host who made us feel very welcomed.

Apartment exceeded expectations - the photos on Booking.Com don't do it justice.

We expected to have a small bottle of olive oil left for us, as part of the apartment. Whilst there was salt, pepper, & tomato ketchup, there was no olive oil.

Was perfectly located, Mato was so lovely and always on hand to make sure we were having the best time. It was nice and cool to comfortable to sleep in even with the high temperatures and had a beautiful view.

There’s a steep hill (quite short) back from the beach that might be difficult for wheel chair users or elderly people

Cavtat is a beautiful, peaceful & charming place.The perfect base to visit busy Dubrovnik & to relax

The location is perfect with stunning views. It is only a 2 minute walk down a steep hill & you have everything at hand: supermarket, bakery, bank & ATM's, bars, restaurants, bus station, taxis, the old town, harbour on one side for boat trips & water taxis to Dubrovnik and a marina on the other side, with more bars & restaurants. There are some lovely walks to around the peninsulas, plus exploring all the little alleyways. Mato the owner is available at reception every morning & evening & regularly brings clean towels & removes rubbish from the spotless apartments.

Excellent location! Close to the centre and amazing views!!! So very peaceful and scenic! Spotlessly clean! Towels changed so often we never expected that! Anything we needed Mato was very obliging! He was at the complex very often and truly is a legend!!! Great sense of humour!! 😆 we felt extremely safe late at night and Airport 10/15 mins away!!! Bus to Dubrovnik mins from apartment and only takes 35 mins to centre! Short walk then to old town which is so pretty! Very hilly back to the bus so be mindful if disabled- Uber would be best for your return to Cavtat Read many reviews before booking anything and every review here is bang on accurate!!!!! Don’t delay in booking!!!!!! You won’t be disappointed!!!! 🙌

Steps and hill is steep but we actually grew to enjoy the excercise believe it or not! Only 3 mins down to the most beautiful bay we’ve ever seen! Small stop coming back so double this time! Not for prams, disabled, unfit!!! Lost weight though so happy!!! 😁

Beautiful Cavtat

The view from the balcony was spectacular. The accommodation was clean, and all amenities were well maintained. There were lots of clean towels. The owner manager was very helpful. We only booked on the day as there had been an issue with our previously booked accommodation. We were so pleased Rilovic was available 😀

The walk from the town to the apartment was steep but achievable, which can be said for most / all of the accommodation in Cavtat but that's how you get the views.

Spectacular view in the heart of Cavtat

Very clean and new facilities. Our apartment was a great size for our family with two young teens. Easy parking and an incredible view of Cavtat. Mate, our host, was very professional and welcoming.

Nothing at all to do with the apartments, but the walk up the hill from the town was quite steep. Good exercise after a long day at the beach though.

Great apartments & a fantastic host

Very clean, comfortable apartment in a great location & with beautiful views out to sea. The host, Mato, was incredibly helpful with accommodating our stay, offering advice & providing a lift to the airport at the end of our stay too. Five minutes to the main bars & restaurants, with the coast really close by too.

Only minor things would be to have some shampoo / body wash provided & a double mattress rather than two single mattresses on the bed. Minor things that certainly didn't detract from a great stay!

Excellent apartments

A.lovely apartment, well equipped kitchen, great bathroom with a good powerful shower, large comfortable bed. We stayed in apartment 1 which has it's own terrace, with Sun beds provided and an amazing view. Host Mato was a gentleman, helpful and courteous. He allowed us to check in early and also use the apartment for the full day on the day we were leaving. Would highly recommend booking these apartments.

Apartments at top of a steep bank, but we used to walk around the main road to access them. Took a couple of.minutes longer to reach them. A pool would have been a great asset.
