This modern apartment with private pool offers comfort and spaciousness ideal for families. It is situated in Sea Town Cavtat known for its waterfront located on the sea. This beautiful apartment is in great location for those wanting fell a Croatian holiday full of various experiences just 10 minutes walk from pebble beaches , quality restaurants, bars, diving and water sports..
Deluxe Apartment Unique is modern stylish apartment which meets even the most sophisticated demands. Apartment is on ground floor, it offers complete privacy. It is very important to mention that each part of apartment and outdoor area is completely private and intimate as entrance in apartment as well. The main terrace with private pool is an absolute dream surrounded by wall, hidden from other people views in order to provide our guests the highest level of privacy. Upon entering the apartment you will be greeted by a open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area equipped with all the necessary amenities, two modern bathrooms and two large comfortable bedrooms with two king beds. Each bedroom has directly access to the pool area straight from bedroom. In one of the bedrooms there is an additional pull out sofa for 2 people. Every piece within the apartment has been hand-picked to ensure the guests feel special. Modernly decorated to the last detail according to the highest standards.
The apartment's terrace offers ample space for relaxation offering partial view to the sea and famous ancient city of Dubrovnik. Showcasing outdoor-living at its finest, every need has been catered for with large dining table to sample tasty treats fresh off the BBQ ,outdoor sofa and swing for some real comfort. Location, peace, high level privacy, comfort, spaciousness with a dose of luxury are the factors that make this apartment special and Unique.
The pool is heated and allows you to swim and enjoy the colder months.

We really enjoyed our week in cavtat - after a week exploring Montenegro and islands off coast of Dubrovnik. The apartment was very well presented and equipped - very comfortable beds.Lovely and cool despite hot weather. We also appreciated mid week clean. Owner very helpful and all communications etc excellent. It was a 15 minute walk down hill to cavtat but that was fine with us. We enjoyed drinks at bar Jure up the hill. Enjoyed 2 trips into Dubrovnik one by boat and one by taxi. Sunset from top of gondola was lovely. Loved the swimming from pine walk round peninsula- sea was gorgeous.

The apartment was very well presented in a quiet area of Cavtat with stunning partial views of the bay and sunsets. It was very clean and furnished to a high standard with super comfy beds. There is also a dedicated parking space with the apartment.
If you've hired a car, a good tip would be to ask the host, Luksa, to Whatsapp a video of the driving directions as it makes it a lot easier to navigate when you arrive.
Having your own private pool proved very popular, as did the large charcoal BBQ and outside dining area.
It was about a 15 mins downhill walk to the main waterfront with the restaurants & bars. It's a nice chilled vibe in Cavtat with plenty of good quality food available. There are always plenty of taxis on hand should the uphill journey prove too much!
The host, Luksa was extremely helpful and when we had a couple of minor housekeeping issues, he immediately dealt with them and couldn't do enough for us. A mid week clean and towel change was a very nice touch.
If you're planning on visiting Dubrovnik from Cavtat, it's worth getting a ferry which takes 45 minutes and drops you right in the old town, thus avoiding the difficult expensive car parking and crowded buses. We also visited the island of Lokrum, just off Dubrovnik, which was well worth it; it was tranquil, traffic free and we had a great time snorkelling off the rocks with lots of underwater wildlife to see.
All in all it was great stay with a host to match.
