Great, did just the job!

Great stay, family had a lovely time - my son especially enjoyed the pet tortoise’ in garden - an unexpected joy!

Lovely 2 night stay

Very comfortable. Had everything you need with self catering. The pool and hot tub are fabulous, with a view of the mountains and sea. Kids loved the two turtles wandering around.

Location, very walkable but the hill back up was a bit much for the two small kids. I’m sure you could get an uber but seems wasteful what is in reality a short walk. Perfect for a couple.

Perfect stay 😊

It had everything you could ask for.

Nothing, except you had to walk up a bit of a hill from the town of cavtat but wasn’t a problem for us .

Very clean and comfortable the outside area was exceptional. Gorgeous pool with top quality beds, towels, and egg chairs. Outdoor kitchen with free coffee pods , fridge & sink etc. laundry room, sauna, gym room. Beautiful fruit trees everywhere with family of tortoises roaming round and my favourite was the high terrace with sofas, comfy chairs and spectacular sea views.

Only downside was the steep walk down to the sea front. Did it a few times but mostly used the bus 1.60 euro or taxi 10 euros. As there were 4 of us this wasn’t an issue .

Fantastic place to relax and enjoy wonderful scenery

I really clean and friendly place with a lovely swimming pool and garden area. Would definitely recommend it as excellent value for money place to stay. Nearby supermarket and a regular bus service every 30 mins. The hostess was very helpful and if we required anything would provide the answer.

Cavtat is a fabulous resort with stunning views and lovely walks. Not impressed with the variety of food at local restaurants and in our view very expensive. Otherwise a brilliant place to relax and enjoy wonderful holiday.

Exceptionally well maintained and clean apartment with lovely sea views. Loved having breakfast out on the balcony. The swimming pool was lovely and also well maintained. Definitely stay again.

Nothing for us! But perhaps just a couple of things to be mindful of. - Whilst we enjoyed the walk to and from the centre (10 mins there), some might find the walk back too steep but I understand there is a bus or can grab a taxi. - Cavtat is very close to the airport which clearly has benefits but apartment under flight path for landing planes. The planes didn’t bother us at all as not too close but might do some. Overall we really liked the villa.

Amazing! Will definitely be back

Gorgeous apartment building with great facilities. The pool was fantastic along with the hot tub. Not forgetting the tortoises in the garden

Loved it!!!!

This place was great! It was within walking distance to the downtown area and a 20–25-minute drive to Dubrovnik. The rooms are plenty spacious with everything you could need. Having the pool, sauna and hot tub was a real treat, especially on the hot days when you just want to relax. The views are amazing from the hotel, and they even had adorable little turtles roaming in a garden area. Anitta was very nice when she checked us in too.

The only bad thing we could say about the room was the bathroom had a horrible smell. We thought maybe it was either the water or coming from the toilet, but I mentioned it to the hostess, and she said that happens sometimes because of the way they get water. It was not a great smell but other than that the place was very nice.

Fantastic Stay with Great Outdoor Space

We had a wonderful time at this apartment. The outdoor area was the highlight – the grill, pool, and hot tub were all amazing and made the stay feel really special. The apartment was immaculate , comfortable, and had everything we needed. Anita was a fantastic host – friendly, helpful, and easy to communicate with. Would definitely recommend and would love to come back!

Excellent location for airport but stay spoilt by construction noise.

Great location to get to the airport, just 5 mins away. Rooms were clean and beds were very comfortable. Very good aircon. Nice pool and bbq area.

One of our rooms did smell a bit musty on arrival. The biggest issue however was the noise from the construction site situated very close to the property. This spoilt any enjoyment of the pool area and meant we didn’t use this or the room’ terrace/ balcony.

Host is super accommodating

Host was very very accommodating. We arrived early and our room was ready and we were allowed in. On our departure day our host also let us stay by the pool after our check out time. 5 STARS for accommodating.

The airport flight path is literally above the accommodation which makes it noisy with how close it is. Pool area can be crowded with not enough seating - but it was OK.

Beautiful villa with stunning views

Beautiful sea views from our balcony. Lovely pool and garden area with plenty of facilities. We loved the BBQ and coffee machine in the shared outdoor kitchen area. The tortoises were a very cute bonus.

The property is a very short walk to the town but it is a very steep walk on the way back. Something to keep in mind for anyone who lacks mobility.

A very relaxing family stay n a beautiful very well maintained villa with everything we needed and fabulous views.

Very well maintained small villa, just 9 apartments in total with a lovely pool area and many other facilities like sauna, gym and outdoor kitchen. Very relaxed vibe and plenty of lounging space around the pool. Excellent views out over the sea and across the bay. Very relaxing place.

Beautiful apartment

Such a relaxing holiday in stunning accommodation. Apartment has everything you could possibly wish for. Very clean and brilliant facilities from pool to sauna and hot tub. We even had a dishwasher. Anita, the host was very welcoming. We couldn't recommend it enough.

10/10 Experience!

My friend and I had the best sleep – the area was so quiet, and the beds and mattresses were large and super comfortable. The location is great too, close to the city. The pool area was lovely and well equipped with plenty of amenities. What really stood out was the kindness of the staff and owners. They let us check in early, store our bags on our last day, and even allowed us to use the property while we waited for our afternoon flight. Exceptional hospitality. Highly recommend!

Lovely stay in a beautiful harbour town

We loved the views, the pool and the spacious apartments. We had a car so no problem just to drive down the hill and park in the large car park. Anita was a lovely host and our grandchildren had a lovely time in the pool. Great facilities in a beautiful spot.

The facilities sauna , spa, pool gym are clean and modern , located next to supermarkets and restaurants, short walk to harbour and city centre. Anita really goes the extra mile to make our stay pleasant .

Very pleasant one night stay

Hi, we only stayed a night at the villa and were very well treated by Anita, many thanks to her. The next day we suppose to fly and because the property is about 3 km from Dubrovnik airport, we decided to book it. Anita let us stay over the check-out time so we did not wait for our flight at the airport for that we are very grateful for her kindness and attention for our needs. The apartment is very clean, beds are very comfortable and the shower is great.

Lovely room and pool area! Very welcoming host and a short walk to restaurants (is a bit of an uphill walk back but we managed it most nights!)

The hot water didn’t last long in the shower (and there was a switch to turn the hot water one we weren’t told about). We stayed for 5 nights and our room wasn’t cleaned- we had the towels changed once but that was it. The bedroom also smelt of damp- in particular the drawers but was plenty of space in the wardrobe so not a major issue.

Beautiful property with very nice, clean rooms!

Beautiful property with excellent amenities. The owner was very nice and accommodating. the location has great views and is close to town. We would absolutely stay here again.

Wi-Fi didn’t work too well, which was not a major issue for our stay, just a heads up if you need to work. It could have also been a random issue, we were only there 1 night.

Superb

Anita was a great host, very personable and helpful. The apartment was wonderful, a great balcony and the bed! The bed was pure luxury from the mattress to the bedding, so comfortable! The view was amazing! All in all I would recommend Villa Markoc. It was nice and quiet and great getting to Dubrovnik on the water taxi! There is also a market close by for snacks.
