The pool and barbecue area is amazing loved that you have toilets by the pool too , the view from the balcony is amazing had all facilities you need , washing machine tumble dryer , coffee maker
One of the bedrooms needs to be painted as a bit tired but not a big deal , some areas outside a little unfinished , but the couple who own it are still updating things and refurbishing the whole villa we stayed on the middle floor but top and bottom floors are going to be refurbished to be let out too but not ready yet but it is a beautiful villa lots of space inside in the open plan kitchen lounge area

Stunning scenery. The hosts were very accommodating, always responsive whilst giving us privacy. The accommodation was well appointed. The outside dining/kitchen and pool area would be the reason we’d return. It is also really well positioned for Cavtat and accessing other areas like Mlini, Srebeno and Dubrovnik by car or boat.
Instructions for appliances would have been helpful but were easy to work out.

The views were amazing! Loved the outside kitchen that had everything you need. The beds were really comfy and we had everything we needed. Home from home
There is a 20 min walk downhill to the centre. Close to the airport so you will see the planes going over the villa

There are two balconies with the most incredible views of the sunset. It is a very well equipped villa with gorgeous outside kitchen and dining area by the pool. It had everything we could need for our family including a proper cot. Sandy was great at communicating.
