Nous avons loué à 18 personnes, 3 des 4 appartements, ils sont climatisés, bien équipés et avec une très belle terrasse. La vue mer est magnifique surtout dans les appartements du 2eme étage. La salle de sport est bien équipée et très sympa. La piscine est d'une bonne taille avec de nombreux transats a disposition et de l'ombre quasiment toute la journée si on le souhaite. Gros point positif, la ville de Cavtat est un petit bijou, c'est tout simplement sublime avec de nombreuses activités à faire à pied. Un très bon séjour !

Par contre cet ensemble d'appartements n'est pas adapté pour un groupe : en effet, il n'y a aucun endroit où manger ensemble (la grande table en bas et le frigo ne sont pas prévus pour cela.)

The property was as expected from the photos and description. It was a lovely place for the four of us to make our home for ten days. The apartment had everything you needed and more especially in regard to kitchen equipment and extra touches like a hair drier in each bathroom. The pool area was very nice and even in August we had no issue with sharing sun loungers and mostly had the pool to ourselves for a few hours each day. Being able to use the pool area with the shower room was an added bonus after we had checked out and before our flight home. The host and manager were both really helpful and responsive to messages both before arriving and during our stay. The best bit for me was the incredible view from the large balcony. I would highly recommend a stay at Kuća Bella to explore Cavtat and Dubrovnik. Highlights of the trip were hiring a boat for four hours to explore the local beaches and islands, a water taxi to Dubrovnik in the evening, another evening at the St Pietro restaurant and bar with complimentary transfers. We went to several beaches and bathing areas but our favourite was Lucky Bar which is in Cavtat old town, you can hire sun beds for €8 each. Kuća Bella in Cavtat is a great place for a family holiday.

A great apartment in a fab location. All amenities/equipment in the apartment and great aircon which was much appreciated in the hot weather! Pool was lovely too. Jerko was a great host on site.
