Very attentive owner, quick and efficient in resolving problems.

A really well-equipped kitchen, the best we've had during our whole trip. A secluded, clean, safe apartment. Our host was friendly and welcoming. We initially had an issue with the water heater in the bathroom. Our host found a plumber and the fault was rectified within 24 hours. Thank you for sorting out the problem so quickly and on the weekend. The apartment is a short walk from a bus stop to Dubrovnik and a friendly mini market.

Solid value - but beware of steep climb back from beaches/centre.

The view from the balcony was absolutely breathtaking - made for a great way to start and end each day. Other than this the apartment was okay - pretty spacious and well kept, if old. Overall - good value for the price paid.

The breathtaking view comes at a steep (literally!) price - the apartment is not far away from the city centre, but parts of the road are very, very steep. Steep to the point that when you think about climbing back up - you don't really want to go down to the centre. Pretty much all the furniture and items in the apartment were pretty old and showing their age. On top of everything the owners agreed to give us a lift to the airport on our last day and then didn't show up - no warning, no explanation, which ended up being pretty stressful.

The appartment was very nice, we really liked the view and the sunset :) The location was okay (shop at the end of the street) it's a nice hilly part of the country so everybody lives on the hill (after three days it wasn't that difficult to climb it :)) it's around 15 min to the centre and from there you have many beaches. There is one beach closer, you don't have to go to the centre, it's on the way to Hotel Croatia (there are stairs that lead right to the beach).

Matress, I would remplace them for new, more firm ones. We had to put sun umbrella on the balcony when we wanted to sit there in the morning, because there was no shade and the sun shines there all day (and that is a good thing of course). We left the sun umbrella there for others.

Very good

The sea view from the balcony was amazing. Having a separate space (kitchen) to have some alone time if needed was also a plus. :) The apartment is located a bit further from the center so it was really calm and quiet. The host was really nice and helpful in some critical situations! There were several beaches around the town - more comfy for those who prefer that and more rocky and natural for us to snorkel. :)

High foot end of the bed is not ideal for tall people. Kitchen lacked a good knife and a bigger cutting board. Balcony was really hot and in direct sunshine during daytime so a sunshade would have been useful. We didn't ask for it though - I think the host would have helped us if we asked.

Very good

Very comfortable apartment with a fantastic view from the balcony :) Well equippped and looking surprisingly better than on photos. It is located quite high above the town center but it's the cost of such amazing view and helps stay active every day :)

Good Value for money

Fairly well equipped, separate bedroom and kitchenette, lovely view, relatively clean and comfortable, plenty of what you might need during your stay such as washing powder, washing up liquid, kitchen and toilet roll, books available for reading, you can dine inside in kitchenette or outside on the balcony, good storage spaces and good value for money.

Minimal communication prior to arrival with regards to arrangements, meeting at the property on arrival was a bit rushed, no further communication or interaction - no towels or bed linen changed all week!!! No arrangement with regards to payment or procedure on departure. we stayed 7 nights and though we valued our privacy and being left to our own devices we also felt slightly neglected. In particular the day of departure, had we been rushing for a plane it would have been a problem as we were delayed at the property trying to contact someone to advise we were leaving and needed to pay, cash only can be a disadvantage if there are no proper arrangements in place. We were disappointed with the host rather than the property.

Beautiful views balc

Beautiful views from the balcony. Lovely quiet area. Studio apartment was clean on arrival. Lovely clean sheets and towels. Supermarket at the end of the road was handy.

We stayed for a week. No sheets were changed or studio cleaned in that week. Had to ask for clean towels on the Wednesday. Two big hills to walk up to get to the apartment which was about a 15 minute walk into the town centre. No toaster or teaspoons!!! Only two bowls for cereal.

Moja opinia jest obiektywna i ma na celu uniknięcie w przyszłości przez właściciela niżej wymienionych niedogodności. Brak czajnika do gotowania wody( dostarczony póżniej), brak patelni( dostarczona po tygodniu w chwili zwolnienia innego apartamentu). Mimo, iż w pokoju przygotowywaliśmy tylko śniadanie, winna być. ( wyposażenie kuchni wymaga uzupełnienia- minimalistyczne ) Z racji tego, że niestety jestem pedantem zwróciłem uwagę na czystość pokoju po przekazaniu kluczy. W rogach ścian pajęczyna, widoczny kurz a pod łóżkiem istotny las brudu. Gdyby nie jaszczurka która w jakiś sposób dostała się do pokoju, nie zaglądał bym tam, ale stało się tak jak się stało. Muszę przyznać, iż wnętrze apartamentu nie zniszczone, zadbane, kuchnia trochę ciemna. Co do oceny właściciela obiektu . Wydała mi się chłodna, antypatyczna, brak uśmiechu ( opinia tożsama z moją żoną ). W dniu mojego wyjazdu nie raczyła się nawet pożegnać ( byłem tam prawie 2 tygodnie ) co potwierdza moją ocenę, a w trakcie mojego tam pobytu nie raczyła przyjść i zapytać jak nam się mieszka i czy przypadkiem nam czegoś nie brakuje. Wydaje mi się ( to jest tylko moje zdanie- bo przecież mamy wolność słowa i wyrażania swoich opinii ) że nas nie lubiła, Nadto na koniec mojego turnusu wydarzyła się sytuacja, która nie powinna mieć miejsca ze strony właściciela obiektu, było to nietaktowne zachowanie z jej strony a ja poczułem się bardzo niezręcznie ( myślę że właścicielka zrozumiała swój błąd, jest osobą bardzo młodą i można popełniać błędy ale nie zwalnia jej to z logicznego podejścia do sytuacji. Muszę się przyznać, iż byłem trochę zażenowany tą sytuacją Uważam iż właśnie ta sytuacja miała wpływ na końcowe jej zachowanie ) Ostatecznie uważam swój pobyt za bardzo udany. Mam nadzieję, że właściciel obiektu tę opinię przeczyta.

Czysty apartament ze wszystkim czego można potrzebować. Klimatyzacja, łazienka, aneks kuchenny z wyposażeniem. Piękny widok z tarasu. Dodatkowo właścicielka pomogła nam kiedy nasz lot został odwołany, pozwalając zostać dodatkowa noc. Na kolejną noc obdzwoniła wszystkich znajomych żeby pomóc nam znaleźć zakwaterowanie na ostatnią noc. Taksówkarz który przywoził nas z lotniska przewiózł nas bez kosztów do nowej kwatery. Cudowni ludzie. Gorąco polecam!

Ultra propre, calme et bien équipé

Appartement en très bon état, bien équipé et très propre. Katija est une hôte très serviable. Climatisation, extérieur et calme du quartier. Proximité aéroport

La distance de la plage - difficile le retour en montee avec la chaleur intense. La vue sur mer qui est plutôt partielle par rapport aux photos.
