The breakfast was amazing! The variety of options was so good and everything tasted fresh. Amazing coffee. Best pancakes l I've ever tried at the hotel. Stylish room, a comfortable bed. Perfect location.

The breakfast was a highlight of the stay. However, the hotel is on a pricey side. We expected a little more in terms of amenities.

Wouldn’t repeat for sure/ overpriced for what delivers / not to rest

- location is good

- you can hear every sound within the building (flushing toilets from people above, water running and sometimes leaking even, AC is a very old system sometimes even when you turn it off you can still ear noises coming from it) - bed isn’t the best, kind of hard and not comfortable at all - strong parfum spraying very frequently a very strong one sometimes spray to your face when you walk in the corridors - breakfast good for a day or two not more than that then it gets annoying as you only have the same choices every day (which would be ok for a less expensive hotel) - gym is just … a small awkward room with two machines…. - spa small as well and weird as it can be awkward and difficult to relax due to small size also doesn’t have many options at all - massages are good if you are lucky enough to have the right therapist. As to my knowledge they have 3 and the same massage can be very different considering the therapist. - considering what it delivers vs price I wouldn’t say it is a 5 star hotel at all, it is extremely overpriced for what it is. The best thing here is the location but still doesn’t make sense for the price. I wouldn’t repeat it for sure.

The hotel is exactly like on the pictures, the staff is very friendly and the location is excellent. By far the best thing was the breakfast - the best I've ever had in a hotel.

The quality of mattresses and pillows is significantly below 5 star hotel expectations. Also one morning I was awaken at 7am by a very loud music coming from the hallway. They explained over the phone that it was their mistake, however I don't expect these mistakes at a 5 star hotel.

Our room aircon didn’t work or it worked poorly. There was no option to cool down, only the heater. Also the gym had very little selection of equipment.

Fantastic - I would recommend to anyone visiting Vilnius.

Location was amazing. The restoration of the building and how elements of the old building were integrated in was beautifully done. The sauna was great. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful with impeccable English.

2 very small downsides.: The coffee was not good at all. The interiors featured a lot of plastic (fake plants). I found this very peculiar for a hotel in a Country that is closely connected to nature (33% forested) and I feel this cheapened the feel of the property.

Not up to 5-star standards – disappointing experience

I stayed for one night and was very disappointed with the room. It was significantly smaller than expected and did not match the photos on Booking.com. The mattress was badly worn on one side, and I kept sliding off during the night. On one side, it was impossible to get into bed because a curtain was hanging directly next to it. On the other, the wardrobe couldn’t be opened because the doors hit the bed. In my opinion, this was not the room category I had booked. I arrived at 2:00 AM and was too tired to ask for a change, especially since I had to leave by noon. I reported the issue at the front desk in the morning. They said someone would contact me, but no one ever did. This is not what you expect from a 5-star hotel. Very disappointing.

Even I could not find any places to stay in Vilnius, I would still avoid this hotel!

Breakfast quality was nice. Taste was good. Location was excellent, in the middle of old town, where you can reach all the main attractions in few minutes. The receptionist and bellboy at check-in were very friendly and helpful.

The room was not worth the price we paid. We booked deluxe room, but what we got should be labeled as standard room. The room we were assigned was on second floor, opposite the elevator. The view from our room was opposite the reception area, right in front of car park, which means we cannot leave the curtains open at all times, no privacy. The room has very low ceiling and no bathtub. The room above us was the housekeeping room, so it was very noisy. We woke up early everyday because of the loud noise. The only thing that put this room into deluxe category is the size of the room. I think they should assign this room as standard, considering this room features. Sizing alone would not be fair to guests. Apart from this, the room was very cool, temperature-wise, while the blanket is quite thin. The quality of the mattress, bed linens, bathroom towels, are not up to the 5 star standard. As for housekeeping service, it was one of the worst experiences we have ever had. They rarely cleaned the bathroom, leaving some hair on the floor.
