Apartment Fontana Felicita - near the beach Kolovare

Apartment was very clean, very comfortable beds, perfect location. Host was amazing, lady gave us a lot of support and advice about Zadar and near by restaurants. Highly recommended.

Lovely modern, well equipped apartment right near the beach. Lovely chilled neighbourhood area with a nice local feel and only a 15-minute walk along the coast to the old town. The owner was lovely and very helpful.

The host was super friendly and accommodating, we were able the go to the apartment before the official check in and there were welcome drinks in the fridge and candy for the kids. There were also some toys in the apartment and the host brought as a baby travel bed (even though we had not requested this before hand) when they saw our toddler. The apartment was very cosy and homelike and the beach was very close. Even the old town was within walking distance (although for our toddler we needed a stroller). The air conditioning worked well and the host answered quickly to all messages.

This apartment was perfect for our stay so we did not have anything that we especially didn't like. The apartment is not close to shopping facilities or fine dining restaurants (if that is what you are looking for). The balcony is quite small (rather for drying clothes, not for eating outside etc9.
