Top marks for everything. The most amazing beach cottage oasis

Myrthe met us to hand over the keys and give us a run through of the cottage. It was such a lovely cottage, Myrthe is so thoughtful in providing little extras that really made a difference to our stay. Lots of written instructions about things around the cottage, how things worked. The whole house has a lovely charming beach feel. Feels very safe and secure. When you shut the gate it feels like you're in a beach oasis. House was really nice and clean. Weber BBQ was basially brand new, coals were available in the garage which we replenished after using. Garden was so lovely to just relax in.

Small but very compact , very clean cottage. Complete array of kitchen accessories and cleaning materials. It was very secure and safe.

Bathrooms were not that modern . There was an issue with water in the area which is not surprising in South Africa. Recommend a back up water system for emergencies as most people have been forced to do with irrational water supply.

Perfect place for a family to stay with great facilities and easy access to the whole area

The whole experience of staying at the Beach Cottage was great! From meeting Myrthe to receive the keys, the excellent garden and pool area and the spacious living areas were perfect for any family wanting to stay in the area. It is safe, secure and has easy access to the whole area. There is everything you could need for a self catering stay. Our kids loved it as there is plenty of toys and games available to use, a great sandpit to play in and the garden is child friendly too.

I loved the house, being on one level with elderly parents was a treat, and so close to the beach for my early morning walk with my family, was brilliant. There was nothing the property did not have. It was comfy and perfect for us.

Perfect for the family

We booked the cottage for our first days in South Africa and it was just perfect for us to settle down. It has enough space so everyone can do what he enjoys, sleep, read, swim or just lie in the sun. It is save and secure, beach, shop and restaurants are in walking distance. And staff is very kind and helpful.
