Location, size apartment outside area and braai.
Sun trap in the afternoon lovely and peaceful room 1.
More towels, like bit of upgrade/basic maintenance but given the price great value.

It was a large property with plenty of comfortable seats, the two bedrooms and bathrooms were very good, the bed linen was exceptional, there is a patio outside with two comfortable couches overlooking a lawn, from the lounge there is a view of the sea in Hout Bay

Only a short 5 min walk to the beach, we enjoyed walking along the beach to The Dunes restaurant. Lovely private outside patio, overlooking the mountains. Large room and kitchen area. Very pleasant drive along the coast into camps Bay and Cape Town. We would hope to come again to use as a base for the cape point peninsula and cape town

The location and views are unmatched. Staff contact was convenient and prompt.
No coffee pot so we had to buy a French press which we left behind. The rooms were lovely, however the indoor and outdoor couches need some desperate upkeep in terms of cleaning which I’m not sure they have time to do between 1 person leaving in the am and the next coming right after … but unsure of how often even the throw pillows and blankets are cleaned.
