Sea view and rooftop private hot spring

There was no lounge in the foyer.

My room was upgraded, so I received a better room, which I greatly appreciated. All staff were friendly, helpful and kind. The view from the room was perfect, and I enjoyed the retro style of the whole interior.

The only issue was that. I have requested / confirmed few times ( by email and twice to two staff members) that my mother has a very strong allergy to one ingredient ( Negi ), and despite that, my mother still received a miso soup with Negi inside. As the allergy is very hard, we were careful enough and did notice that negi is in the soup; however, I believe it should not have happened. We received an apology, but I hope that the staff can be more careful in similar cases. Despite this one issue, the whole stay was wonderful, so thank you.

店員さんが外国人でほんの少し日本語が聞き取りにくい箇所があった。
