3家族、7人で気兼ねなく、利用できました。 ベッド6台、布団がなかった。 その旨を連絡すると、大きめのベッドで2人寝るように言われた。 家族が違うので、1つのベッドに2人は利用できない。布団が欲しいと連絡したら、対応してくれました。
洗濯機、洗剤はありましたが、洗濯物を干すところがなかった。 2回トイレ内のガラスの棚が見えづらく、ぶつかりそうで危ない。ガラスの棚、外してくだい。 手拭き、食器布巾が毛羽立ち不潔感あり。 普通のキッチン用の布巾、普通の手拭きがいい。

新潟から年末年始の旅行で利用させていただきました。家具家電、キッチン回りなど申し分無いほどの揃いぶりでお皿やお箸類も沢山あり、子連れ旅行に最適なお宿でした。ウェルカムサービス（ドリンク・お菓子・おもちゃ）も充実しており安心して宿泊できました！

部屋のスペースが広くて良かった
駐車場が狭くて入りきれずはみ出てしまった。また2台で行ったから置けず他に駐車場を借りた
