Cute&Resort熱海

The place had everything we needed. From the entryway down the stairs was the first bedroom which had 4 single beds, a TV, board games, a Nintendo Switch Console and a balcony. From the entry way down the stairs is the kitchen, living and bathroom areas. I liked this area but no TV here which seemed unusual since it was the communal living space. Also had a balcony. 2nd bedroom was downstairs from the living area. Another 4 single beds. This level had its own toilet. This space was very pretty and feminine.

Really close to Atami centre but a steep climb to get there. Getting our luggage there was a challenge on foot. Maybe grab a taxi. I didn't love that the place was spread over 4 levels. It wasn't a deal breaker but I was having back problems during this trip and it made it challenging.

写真通りの素敵な施設でタオル等の備品もしっかりしていてお得感とてもありました。

施設からの連絡がなかなかなかったので気を揉んでしまったところが残念でした。

綺麗で部屋とベッドがたくさんある パジャマ以外の備品が揃っている 洗濯用の洗剤があって洗濯機が使えた ゲームが沢山あってとても楽しかった

ありが何匹か中にいた。

当日予約ができて助かりました。

チェックイン時間21～22時で設定し21時頃着いたが鍵の開け方等全く連絡こず電話にもでないメールしても返事がない。 チェックイン時間がわかった時点で鍵の開け方を教えていただければ30分近く家の外で待ちぼうけをくらわずにすんだ。 せめて電話に出ていただきたかった。知らない土地で知らない場所で家に入れないんじゃないかと家族みんな心配で仕方がなかった。
