忘れ物をしてしまいましたが、翌日も対応して下さいました

住所がわかりにくいので、タクシーではスムーズに到着しませんでした

窓からの景色が絶好でした。施設も綺麗に掃除されていました。

二泊しましたが、道順がいまいち把握できませんでした。ガスレンジの単1電池が切れて困りましたが、たまたま持っていたので何とかなりました。

The property itself is good. The view is great, the facility is excellent. It locates on the top mountain, gives superior view of Atami city and its coast, also you can watch the fireworks from a totally different perspective and distance .

The location is its problem either. We can’t call a taxi by using apps. For tourists who don’t drive, highly recommend considering a hotel in the city. However, the biggest problem is its host or so called manager, the host reply message very slow, and even refuse to help after we have a taxi problem. The host insist that they never call a taxi by calling taxi co, the taxi app we use is their only way to call the taxi. This was before I walk down along the hill to ask for help from an employee of a hotel nearby, the young gentleman nicely call the taxi co to book a taxi for us.
