The spacious room and the onsen were highlights of the stay!

Value for money could be better, especially considering there’s no reception

We liked the spa, the lobby and free drinks and snacks and rooftop deck!

The carpets are looking dirty in the rooms, we actually asked to switch rooms became of it.

Loved the spacious room, a relaxing corner in the room, the onsen and the rooftop! Everything was excellent!

Not much really, just the fact that the hotel is unmanned so noone to ask e.g. for giving sightseeing or restaurant recommendation

View for Atami Fireworks. Clean. Free flow drinks and snacks, soft serve. Allocated parking, set up on roof top with fire places and seating, Bluetooth speaker.

Check in was a nightmare. Support came from a phone call but kept getting hung up on and when I said what the error code was coming up on my phone trying to upload my passport. No one actually answered the query until I got to the 6th person! Was ready to lose my mind. Im quite tech savvy but their link just kept failing. The girl working in kitchen helped as much as she could. The next few loads of people were getting the same error codes as us too and took over 30 mins trying to sort theirs. No daily room service for about AUD 800 per night. Lounge all torn, hidden by cushions. Not even any new towels or toilet paper dropped off like 100 percent of all Japanese hotels who don't offer daily service. No outdoor furniture on huge balcony is disappointing.
