Hillary has been amazing. Always replied and gave us a lot of tourist information . The house is lovely it has everything you need and more. It gives you the perfect Japanese experience. The beach is 30 minutes walk same as atami station. There is a closest station 13 minutes walk. It was been the best shower I had. It is 8 minutes walk from Kinomiya temple
