Lovely spacious room, clean, nice decor, great sea view. Bed was very comfortable even for my husband as he has a bad back. The bedding was lovely too, nice quality and a lovely fresh smell. Excellent location and good parking right outside.
My only small suggestion would be to add in a box of tissues.

Location is great. Check-in was a lovely experience. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. The decor and bathroom was modern and very clean. Free parking (first come first served).
It's an old building, so expect to hear some noise from other rooms, but it's wasn't too loud. The bed was comfy but the duvet was a little thick for our liking, but again nothing that made it unbearable.

Good location, friendly welcome from hosts
Very small and dated single room and shower. Not much availability of hosts.
