Renovated throughout to a very high standard, and a fridge in every room. Brilliant! Shona was available at all times and very helpful.

I really enjoyed how friendly the staff was. The beds were also comfortable, clean, and the showers were perfectly functional. They also provided water, a tea kettle as well as reliable TV connection and free WiFi. Very good overall.
I’m tall, so the bathroom mirror not being hung up meant a lot of awkward positioning so I could look at myself in the mirror without exiting into the main room. The lack of refrigeration was also a little inconvenient since we had to go down and ask staff to keep drinks in their fridges. Again, just inconvenient is all.

Hosts were friendly, proactive and helpful .
Location has been great for my trip, especially close to train station and town centre and seaside of course. Had a lovely seaview from my bedroom window, which has been the most relaxing part of my stay.
There was a noise of water dripping in the bathroom(I suspect this is from toilet flush) I'm a light sleeper so this became quite audible after a while. More of an annoyance rather than an inconvenience. Otherwise all good for me. Will definitely use again :)
