The property was in a prime location for the beach, town and railway station. It was very well kept from outside and the inside did not disappoint, an amazing little gem of a find. Greeted by one of the owners on arrival and made to feel very welcome, with all queries answered and nothing too much trouble. Great room with fantastic sea view and a most comfortable bed, exceptionally clean, super bathroom stocked with essential’s, amazing choice of food for breakfast and easily restocked essentials of tea, milk and coffee.

The property is minute walk to beach and 2-3 mins into town its set on three level our bedroom was at the front with a sea view and it all was exceptionally clean. Nice big shower and bathroom looked new clean towels each day if needed. Bed was a double and comfy. Host Glen and Sarah are great and the breakfast is excellent with a wide choice and a special that changes each day.

Parking is limited outside the property but Glen will go out of his way to find a space so as you do not incur parking charges.

I love the location, awesome view from the window. The room was lovely and spacious, the owners great and attentive, giving great tips about the town and area. Lovely breakfast too, happy to recommend this place, and will stay again if I’m ever in Barmouth
