I like the staff as they are friendly and welcoming and will always help you if you ask for it. Breakfast has always been nice, especially if you love a full English breakfast. The rooms are nice, clean and simple. The location is perfect right next to the beach and all the local attractions.

The shower curtain in the small room gets soaking wet because it's a fabric curtain, and then the floor gets wet, too.

The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was cooked to perfection. The staff were very friendly and welcoming.

During my stay, I could clearly hear all activity from the rooms below with talking, a shower running at 11.45 p.m, and even snoring, all of which carried straight through the floor and kept me awake until around 1 a.m, on both nights. On the second night, a woman on the floor below had a loud argument with her son, including door‑slamming, which continued late into the evening. I messaged the manager, who replied initially to say he would try to resolve the issue, but I did not hear anything further. What concerned me most is that staff had already had issues with this particular guest the day before, yet she was still allowed to stay despite the disruption she clearly was causing. The hotel may suit some people, but the lack of soundproofing and poor noise management significantly affected my stay, unfortunately.
