Warm,friendly welcome, perfect beach front location.Clean,comfortable,warm,spacious accommodation, comfortable bed. Freshly cooked excellent breakfast served in the beach front facing dining room. Perfectly located for access to beach, town & beautiful walks up into the surrounding hills.

Great location right by the beach. Large rooms and friendly staff. Great view from the breakfast room.
The rooms were much in need of a refresh and the bathroom in need of a deep clean. Felt outdated and pricey for the quality of the experience compared to other hospitality experiences had in Wales at a similar/cheaper price point. Breakfast included was nice although the instant coffee was a let down.
