Staffs were amazing, very respectful people, caring and nice. Always making sure you are comfortable there. Their foods were all home made, delicious and generous, among best food we had in Italy. 1000% recommended.

Since it was warm during our stay in the summer, we needed to keep the window open, which meant some noise from the street and their nearby restaurant carried in. It would be wonderful if there were a way to reduce this.

location, authenticity, proximity to nature yet had all amenities. it was very well designed and had a great ambience. the staff went above and beyond.

could benefit from some mechanical ventilation in the rooms. the rooms had radiant heating/cooling which at times felt stale due to lack of air ventilation.

One of the best hotel in Bolzano!

The pool has a stunning view, the rooms are very comfortable and clean. The restaurant is delicious, we had dinner and breakfast there. Breakfast were served at the table with delicious gely, cheese, hams, fruits and a great coffe.

Super accogliente, nelle stanze si sente quel profumo di legno, vista stupenda e personale sempre cordiale. Io e la mia ragazza siamo andati per san valentino e ci hanno anche preparato la stanza a tema.

Location curatissima, dimensioni perfette, camere moderne spaziose e pulitissime, panorama mozzafiato, cena eccezionale nel ristorante dell’hotel, spa comoda e rilassante, calda e tranquilla con panorama super. Struttura attrezzata molto bene per la ricarica di veicoli elettrici

Bel soggiorno

Del nostro soggiorno abbiamo apprezzato particolarmente la gentilezza e disponibilità del personale, la modernità e il comfort delle camere, la facilità nell’arrivare all’hotel e nel trovare parcheggio, la varietà e bontà della cucina (cena e colazione).

Avremmo apprezzato che nella camera ci fosse un bollitore elettrico dell’acqua calda, per poterci fare in autonomia delle tisane/del tè caldo. Inoltre la temperatura dell’acqua nella spa era a mio avviso troppo bassa (ci si abituava dopo un po, ma l abbiamo trovata tiepida) e invece la temperatura nelle camere da letto troppo alta.

Ci è piaciuto tutto. L’accoglienza, cucina, le camere, disponibilità del personale. Eravamo anche con i due mici in vacanza, perciò ci è stata offerta anche la camera migliore per avere la privacy e tranquillità per i nostri piccoli pelosetti. Grazie di ❤️

Vista mozzafiato. Camera molto bella con balcone. Hotel vicino a Bolzano. Staff molto disponibile. Pulizia perfetta. Piscina panoramica. Sauna con vista e molto intima

Un hotel molto bello (un po' meno di notte)

Hotel molto bello con molti dettagli eccellenti. Da sottolineare la piscina all'ultimo piano con vista sullo Sciliar e sul Latemar, la reception con un bel crocifisso ligneo, l'illuminazione nelle camere, le veneziane motorizzate, il parcheggio coperto incluso nel prezzo con tunnel sotto la strada.

Abbiamo soggiornato una notte durante un periodo di gran caldo e di notte abbiamo avuto caldo e zanzare. Suggeriamo di installare l'aria condizionata come ormai stanno facendo molti hotel in Sudtirol. Le camere sono appena sopra il bar che apre molto presto per cui c'è rumore fin dalle prime ore del giorno (e in effetti vengono forniti tappi per le orecchie..). La colazione senza buffet è interessante ma dovrebbe essere fornito un menu con le opzioni a parte (uova, pancake etc.). In generale prezzo troppo alto in relazione alla location.

Vacanza rilassante di fronte alle Dolomiti e sopra a Bolzano

Bellissimo albergo a 4 stelle, con spa e piscina interna. Camera grande e ben arredata, bagno e doccia grandi e nuovi. Colazione abbondante non a buffet, ma ti portano direttamente tutto al tavolo: affettati misti, formaggi, frutta, cereali, yogurt, 2 piccole brioche, pane fresco di tanti tipi, ecc. C'è un comodo parcheggio sotterraneo. Vista sullo Sciliar e sulle montagne intorno a Bolzano, raggiungibile in auto a soli 9 km, o con una passeggiata lungo i sentieri in circa un'ora e mezza. Da tutto il paese c'è una vista spettacolare su tutte le Dolomiti orientali, dal Seceda fino al Latemar.

Ci siamo trovati benissimo, l'unico appunto (ma è un nostro gusto personale) sarebbe magari preferibile avere qualche dolce in più a colazione, come torte, biscotti o più varietà di brioches.

Außergewöhnliche Unterkunft.

Wir hatten ein sehr schönes Zimmer mit Balkon, großem Panoramafenster und tollem Blick auf Schlern und Rosengarten. Großes Bad und geräumige Dusche, Alles war sehr modern, geschmackvoll aber auch bequem und zweckmäßig mit viel Holz. Das exquisite Abendessen wurde gefolgt von einem phänomenalen Frühstück. Alle waren überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Da gab´s überhaupt nichts zu meckern.
