Great for chill vacation

We liked the location, it has such a beautiful view. We also liked the spa and spa procedures. The stuff is very friendly. The room is perfect with nice view. The sauna and pools is really great, the place is not so crowded so you can chill.

We didn’t sometimes enjoy the dinners. They offer very spectacular and specific meals- not for everyone and not for everyday. But the breakfast was okay. And one more thing - the ski slopes was 45 minutes away.

I didn’t like that it had no AC which they didn’t mention in the description and it was really hot outside and we couldn’t open the windows because all the flies and wizards will coke in and when we told them they just gave us a fan. People staying at the hotel are rude had to face a couple of harassment.

This hotel, it have the most beautiful view from there, common area, and the restaurant, and the breakfast was really good

I say it’s more for couples it is away from the town I had the car was no problem, but if you don’t have a car, they have buses that take you to the center

I liked to stay in the hotel very much, but was a bit too much fancy for me 😅

We've stayed in the hotel for a single night during our alps trip. It actually exceed my expectations, even for 4 stars hotel. Staff was very helpful, room was very comfortable and view is exceptional. Had a complications to find a hotel, for last 300 meters. The navigator tried to take me into some country road instead, so probably need to use hotel name instead of address.

At my taste the hotel is a little bit too much fancy. But I know many people like it this way. And for them I'm sure it worth the price. There's no much to do in the nearest area, though the city of Bolzano is not far away.

Exceptional Hotel

Everything. This is a fantastic hote, in a beautiful location looking out over the town of Bozen. The food is exceptional, most especially the breakfast which includes everything you could possibly want and more. A dip in the infinity pool is worth staying for alone. The rooms are large, spotless and modern with spacious balconies looking over the beautiful Dolomites.

Good family trip

Beautiful location on top of the hill with a view from Bolzano, breakfast and dinner was really delicious, breakfast was never crowded and we had an assigned table so we never had to look or wait for tables, stuff was friendly, spa area with pool, hot tub and sauna, bar area really cozy , overall we had a pleasant stay

When you pay 300€ a night you expect a bit more attention with the rooms like a coffee machine or something to heat water, extra pillows ,our toilet paper was already almost over when we checked in and there was no replacement, the bathroom towels are so thin and hard! Keep in mind you need a car

The location is incredible, the service is mostly friendly and professional, the facilities are comfortable, drinks at the bar and breakfast/dinner in general are above and beyond.

For a spa hotel the expectation is to have a bit more flexibility and consideration in opening hours. 7-19:30 is not enough if you are out in the mountains all day long and having dinner elsewhere. Would 21:00 be that of a dtrech for a spa hotel? Jacuzzi and whirlpool only open at 13:00 and closes at 19:30 (sometimes at 19:15) - TBH over the course of 4 days we were not able to make it even once. Not cool.

The view is amazing

The hotel is a total disappointment. We paid via Booking but at the reception they said that I must pay the accommodation again directly to them, and booking will refund my first payment. They didn’t speak with Booking to refund my money, I had to spend my time trying to get my money back. The result is that Booking will give me a refund for my first payment in 15 BUSINESS DAYS. The restaurant is one of the WORST I ever saw. It’s open only 3 and a half hours/day, the menu is very limited and the food was served cold. The taste is just awful. I wanted to go in Bolzano to get a real dinner. The pool closes at 7:30 pm, so you cannot see the amazing night views from the pool as advertised in the pictures. It makes no sense to close the pool at 7:30 because they have literally no staff at the pool - you cannot order drinks, food or anything else. When the pool closes, you have to hurry to get to the restaurant which closes at 8:30 pm… The English level of the staff is poor. The price is totally not worth it. Reichhalters should hire a professional hotel manager who has experience in high-end hotel management and who can fix all your issues. A tip: start with hiring staff for your pool and stop charging twice the clients who already paid using Booking!

Fantastic Hotel, super friendly staff and awesome location with a breathtaking view

Prefect spot to get your body and soul relaxed, most enjoyable is the infinity pool to look over Bozen after a long hike and the terrace with breathtaking mountain & scenic view to start and end the day

We hade a nice Garden Suite, unfortunately there had been only a "No Walk Thru Sign" but all our neighbors run by our room - was quite annoying to be disturbed in privacy, Super breakfast buffet but evening only preselection of Dinner courses offered (don't get me wrong - if you like it, it is fantastic) but I would at least expect to have a regular menu available.

Fabulous

Even if Booking.com confirmed my booking, it was not booked in the hotel. We were lucky that the staff at the hotel was so nice to help us to manage the situation (error in IT systems communication they told me), so we were able to stay at least 1 day to find another hotel. But othwerwise, I highly recommend this hotel - there are breathtaking views available...

So do not blindly trust Booking.com...

Ruhiger Ort, Traumort, ein Haus voller Liebe bis ins kleinste Detail

Einfach nur ein Traum – absolut empfehlenswert. Wir sind mit dem Flugzeug mit Sky Alps angereist und wurden direkt am Flughafen abgeholt und mit dem hoteleigenen Shuttle ins Hotel gebracht. Dort wurden wir herzlich empfangen und vom gesamten Personal von Anfang bis Ende hervorragend betreut – alle Wünsche wurden sofort erfüllt. Das Hotel liegt nur etwa 15 Minuten von Bozen entfernt, gut erreichbar mit Auto, Bus oder kostenlosem Shuttle. Die Aussicht auf Bozen und die Dolomiten ist atemberaubend. Absolute Ruhe, selbst bei offenem Fenster hört man nur die Natur. Von der regionalen Küche können wir nur schwärmen: saisonale Produkte, traumhafte Gänge und ein Frühstück, das keine Wünsche offenlässt – von Prosecco über Lachs bis hin zu süßen und salzigen Speisen, inklusive vieler selbstgemachter Köstlichkeiten. Zusätzlich erhielten wir die Bozen Card für die kostenlose Nutzung der öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel in ganz Südtirol. Ein rundum perfekter Aufenthalt – wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Laut Angaben durften wir einen Hund mitbringen. leider wurde uns nicht gestattet den Hund mit zum Frühstücksraum zu nehmen, wir mussten , egal, wie schlecht das Wetter war, auf der Terrasse frühstücken.

Entspanntes Ambiente mit grandiosem Blick über Bozen bis zu den rot schimmernden Dolomiten. Der Spa: top – so professionell wurde ich lange nicht mehr behandelt. Nur ein paar Minuten oberhalb von Bozen liegt dieses kleine feine Hotel – die Aussicht ist einfach unglaublich. Das Haus ist frisch umgebaut, modern, aber trotzdem sehr gemütlich, genau richtig für alle, die Qualität ohne Schnickschnack mögen. Gegessen haben wir großartig und das Team war einfach nur mega nett und bodenständig – man fühlt sich sofort willkommen.

L’emplacement avec une vue exceptionnelle sur les hauteurs de Bolzano. Le SPA et la piscine à débordement avec vue sur Bolzano étaient top. Petit-déjeuner très varié. Dîners et cocktails d’excellente qualité. Chambre confortable avec terrasse et vue. Qualité des vélos électriques loués à l’hôtel (marqué Cube). Et il faisait 8 degrés de moins qu’a Bolzano grâce à l’emplacement sur les hauteurs. Très agréable donc en cette période très chaude.

Nach 7 Tagen im Hotel Belvedere blicke ich auf eine rundum erholsame Zeit zurück. Die Aussicht auf die Dolomiten war jeden Morgen aufs Neue beeindruckend, das Essen stets abwechslungsreich und liebevoll zubereitet. Besonders der Spa-Bereich mit Infinity-Pool und die herzliche Betreuung haben den Aufenthalt unvergesslich gemacht. Danke an das gesamte Team, Ihr seits spitze!
