Warm welcome, help with luggage, super good local advice on activities and places to go eat out.
Our program was basically picked based on what nice owner suggested.
Place is litteraly next to city center, and yet just outside enough that you don't hear any noise whatsoever from outside.
Can't emphasize enough, the placement is number 1.
Maybe for old people, be advised there is no elevator - second floor.
Room door was a bit thin.

Host was incredibly friendly, thoughtful, and helpful! The balcony was also great, and the location, which is more in the northern section where a lot of great restaurants and markets are.
It's a walk-up, so a bit tough with bags. And the stairwell isn't well lit.

The host so helpful in every aspect. Nothing was too much trouble.
It is amazingly clean, to a really high standard.
Lack of laundry facilities, so come prepared.
