Met on arrival and given all good information regarding access after hours etc. Very good staff and room was very clean and we had everything we needed, Location was ideal as right by the high st.

Perfect for overnight stay

Good location, comfy beds, there is a kettle tea and coffee in the room. Prices for the room is reasonable. I would recommend if you even need staying overnight in Grantham.

I liked everything great hotel great value for money and great friendly staff. Rooms good size clean and tidy. Also close to the town and not expensive. always stay here every year when we attend the reunion. It ticks all the boxes for what we need.

Basic but friendly and exceeded expectations

It's basically an old hotel, converted into a bar and rooms so expectations were low. But much bigger room than we expected and well equipped with tea/coffee etc. Lots of nice hot water and decent pressure, even though we were on the top floor. Good cycle storage. Friendly, helpful reception. A bit basic but good value in a good location.

The 'bathroom' was pretty small and cramped but had all the necessary. Breakfast seemed a bit random, so we went up the road to Costa.

The landlord was pleasant.

The beds were very uncomfortable and carpets were dirty. The bathroom had no soap at all, and was very bare bones. We could hear the tenants next door far too easily sunday morning.

A great place to stay for World's Toughest Mudder

the location was ideal for the town centre, Asda and Station, the hotel was generally quiet and relaxing so I got much needed sleep before running Tough Mudder events, the tea and coffee making facilities in my room were plentiful

my pillows were a little worse for wear so I had to put one inside the other and prop them up with my towels to avoid getting a stiff neck in the night but otherwise everything was good

Stay the night for work, things happened (for work) and ended up staying for a 2nd night.

Central location, owners were super friendly, couldn’t help you enough.

No evening meals on site but you’re close enough to the centre of town that it isn’t a problem
