Absolutely welcoming !!

We chose the hotel due to it’s pet-friendly label, but it was a lovely surprise when the spacious room was equipped with little dog-beds, and bowls when we arrived. The dogs felt welcomed, instantly at home and we could relax! Thank you for helping to make this an unforgettable weekend!!

A nice place to stay but not much to see in the immediate surroundings.

My room was light, very clean and spacious. It had a nice bathroom with a good shower and a little kitchenette. The hotel provided a free bus pass, which I used to go to Bellinzona, both to wander and to catch a train to Rome. The breakfast buffet was generous, and I enjoyed one good dinner there.

The hotel occupies a nicely restored grand building, but it is surrounded by apartment houses. It is located not in Bellinzona but rather a 10-minute bus drive away in the rather lackluster town of Guibiasco. There is not much to see there, and the nearby buildings obscure what once must have been wonderful views of the surrounding mountains.

Very nice hotel with great staff but be careful the room/beds you pick

Staff was great and super pro, place was nice and clean, location wasn't too bad (still need to take a bus or cab to go into Bellinzona)

Hotel was further away from town center than we expected, didn't appreciate that beds were a bit pot luck (my parents had a double very comfy bed, I had a small, single, foldable bed/mattress clearly unfit of a 4* hotel). Also didn't appreciate I was asked to pay city taxes when doing the check out, I feel this should be dealt with better and with the rest, not when about to leave.

Cool Hotel near the center of Bellinzona - easy accessible by Bus (you get a free ticket at the reception) close to nice place to have a drink or to eat. Staff is very friendly

Delightful hotel. Very friendly staff.

Check-In staff member was incredibly friendly, competent and efficient. Reminded me of the good old days when you were greeted upon arrival and made to feel welcome. She was genuinely kind and courteous. Also spoke fluent English. Check-out was also smooth and the colleague asked how I enjoyed my stay and took the time to give me useful tips to visit Bellinzona. Excellent English. Thank you both! The hotel is very quaint, charming and comfortable. Set in a pleasant part of town at the top end of a large square. Around the square you will find plenty of places to take a coffee, aperitif and dine. I did not dine at the hotel but from what I saw it looked very good. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, located in a quiet spot at the back with a pleasant alpine view. The furnishings and floor very elegant. The bed incredibly comfortable and offered a good nights sleep. The absolute highlight was the bathroom. Tastefully tiled in stone / slate tiles. Fully equipped. The rain shower was heavenly. Tip top clean and fluffy white bath towels to top it all off. TV channel guide is available and the channels organised in a user friendly way. The only thing I could comment, is apart from the wall mural picture behind the bed, the walls are bare. The desk and side tables are also bare. Maybe a small detail could be added here and there. Otherwise this was a great experience and I can thoroughly recommend La Tureta. Many thanks!
