Good location with parking.

It is a very safe place to stay with parking and a short walk to Frascati town centre. Well placed for getting to Ciampino airport

Cozy place a little outside Frascati old town

Nicely located in a closed neighborhood, green and quiet, a little outside old town. The owners were always contactable and very flexible. We very much enjoyed our stay!

Breakfast comes with a lot of plastic waste.

Cosy in the middle of the green.

the room was smelling a bit when arrived, maybe cause it was closed for too long, but once we opened the window it was good. checkout and breakfast a bit too early within 9:30 breakfast and 10 am checkout we have been told. but other guest took it easier then us and it didn’t seemed a problem

Not the best place to stay if you aren't Italian.

The place is nice and quiet. Room was clean.

The woman on the reception had obvious problems with English. Zero hospitality or trying to help with anything. The place is pretty far from the city centre which is uphill.

Camera comoda, spaziosa e pulita. TV eccezionale. Gestori cortesi e dispoibili.

La colazione è stata modesta, con assenza di salato e dolce con scelta ridotta a poche cose. Doccia ridottissima, con tendone in plastica a contatto con il corpo.

Bella struttura per famiglia

Posizione strategica su una arteria di grande passaggio ma la struttura è immersa nel verde, in zona residenziale, e non si sente rumore. Camera molto carina.

Il terzo letto in camera era scomodo, il materasso era troppo sottile e si sentivano le doghe.

Possibilità di stazionare la moto all'interno di un'area recintata anche se allo scoperto. Giardinetto curato. Zanzariera alla finestra. Multipresa dotata anche di usb. Letto comodo.

Saremo oggettivi. Bagno inospitale per dimensioni e altezza soffitto, inadatto a persone di statura medio-alta. Insufficiente la dotazione per appendere gli asciugamani. Aspiratore molto rumoroso. Ambiente da rivedere. Colazione: i succhi di frutta aperti è opportuno conservarli in frigorifero, quantità di pane insufficiente a soddisfare la richiesta degli ospiti presenti. Peccato l'assenza di prodotti freschi.

Strategica, vicino alla stazione Anagnina da dove si può raggiungere Roma con la metro. Tranquilla, un’oasi silenziosa pur essendo situata in un’arteria fondamentale di traffico.

Tranquillo, parcheggio comodo in area privata, nel verde e a 2 passi dalla città. Letto terribile...

Posizione ottima e comoda, con parcheggio privato all'interno di un residence con cancello telecomandato e massima tranquillità, a qualsiasi ora. Camera molto pulita. Poche camere, il che dà una sensazione di pace e di casa. Prezzo giusto.

La camera è un po' piccola, ma comunque ci si muove senza problemi. Il letto, invece, è davvero scomodo: uno dei due materassi di cui è composto il letto matrimoniale della nostra camera (non so se nelle altre è meglio) è veramente terribile, oltre che con molle incredibilmente cigolanti. Sarebbe da cambiare. Un cuscino leggermente più alto, o uno di riserva, avrebbero fatto comodo. Il bagno ha un lavandino piccolissimo e una ventola (essendo cieco) estremamente rumorosa. Colazione curata nei dettagli (servizio, macchina del caffè ottima, atmosfera della sala molto carina) ma un po' limitata nelle scelte (bella l'idea delle crostate, ma forse un croissant o qualche alternativa ci avrebbero accontentati di più).

Muy mala experiencia , pésima , no es recomendable

El alojamiento es malo , el baño muy malo; la ducha está encima del inodoro .Camas y almohadas muy duras.

El personal es odioso especialmente la mujer más joven, tratan mal al cliente cuando este pide ayuda . No pudimos tomar café en la mañana porque la encargada no quiso explicarnos el funcionamiento de la máquina , una actitud negativa y detestable.

Posto molto carino. Camera ben accessoriata. Zona tranquilla e silenziosa. Possibilità di parcheggio. Distanza dal centro fattibile anche a piedi. Colazione buona. Buona accoglienza.

Il materasso è infossato ai due lati corrispondenti alle persone e andrebbe rinnovato.

Das B &B liegt in einer schönen Anlage und ist sehr gepflegt und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Betten fanden wir leider nicht gut.

Die Dame des Hauses wirkte nicht freundlich. Die Tochter sollte mal lernen, wie man sich als Vermieter benimmt. Sie saß am Tresen, als wir runterkamen zum auschecken. Sie schaute mir in die Augen, sagte nix. Ich bin es gewohnt, dass man sich grüßt und gegrüßt wird. Sehr, sehr ungutes Klima in diesem schönen Haus. Schade!

Il B&B è situato in un meraviglioso parco ben curato. Le zone in comune studiate nei dettagli e molto accoglienti. Le stanze molto belle, letti comodi. Gentilezza, disponibilità, professionalità della host della struttura che ci ha dato un caloroso benvenuto.

Tutto perfetto nulla da segnalare.
