Owner seems living in the hotel area and she has a lovely dog treating us daily. It is a small and lovely hotel with staffs close to each other.
WiFi was not stable in the first floor during the rainy days.

A beautiful old villa next to Frascati. Very bad sound isolation, during the night I could hear every move that the neighbors did in the corridor. All the staff are in a hurry, asked us to leave breakfast 10 minutes before it ended, and to check out of the room ahead of time.
