Quite comfortable extremely accessible location by car. The property has a beautiful view.

Not located directly in town either you drive (short distance) or best bet take an uber as the roads are narrow with hills. It’s fine for most who are familiar with driving in Italy.

Brilliant to stay on the outskirts. Close to the train station to get to Rome and nice hotel

The location of the property is really good! You have a shop that is open 24/7 to get drinks, water, snacks and much more. The rooms are perfect for what we needed it for and would stay here again.

The breakfast area even though was included. Could potentially be better as lack of food during the timeframe advised.

Staff very friendly and clean rooms and facilities

A couple of small things: when guests arrive, water in the room should be provided for free,especially on a hot day. Also, the bar did not have pizza as an option. Finally, a foreigner would not know they can ask for a hot drink when at the breakfast buffet, so it might be good for the staff to proactively ask.

Superb Hotel

Loved everything about the hotel. The room was nice, clean and comfortable with all the little bathroom extras. Pool area was lovely, bar area and staff really nice. Restaurant was first class, best carbonara I've ever had, lovely breakfast aswell. We arrived by train and hotel was a 15 minute walk away.

PERFECT villa and spa stay - a blissful getaway experience

Villa Mercede was an EXCEPTIONAL stay. The staff provided great communication before my arrival and during my stay, and were always available at the main desk to assist. The room was perfect, with a great view of the complex and Frascati. The facilities were perfect - I used the pool near the Padel courts and had a great experience, having food, drinks, music and relaxation. It was a perfect getaway from the busy city of Rome, and gives you time to experience some bliss. Very good prices for the room, food/drinks, and spa treatments. Only a 15 minutes walk to Frascati train station, and half an hour from Frascati to Rome Termini. Only 15 minutes drive from Rome Ciampino airport. I would absolutely recommend anyone to stay here.

Pleasant stay, friendly staff

Restaurant and bar / shop on the premises which is handy after long meeting days and because the hotel is about 10-15 mins outside the town centre (so dropping off laptop and walking back not always what you want). Nice breakfast. Mini-bar in the room (no tea/coffee maker).

First room (104) smelly, hot (temp control switched off in winter, although 18 degrees outside and 25 in the room) and padel courts across the road (indoors, but still very noisy). Staff very nice though and changed me to 510 which was fine.

The shower head in the room was the only mentionable attribute of this property.

The only thing stiffer than the price was the mattress. Extremely firm mattress, horrifically over priced for what the room was, air con was not controllable and temp pre set.

Do Not Stay at this hotel! Went for a friends wedding and stay at this place. Staff were very rude and robbed you at any chance they could. Tried to charge us 25 euro for a pool bed . Kids weren’t allowed to play in and around pool. No music allowed. Charged you 3 euro to bring a drink to you per drink. Charged us 35 euro for 2 drinks and just changed the prices of drink all of the time. Complain about the air-con 3 times and still was 28 degrees in our room and i couldn’t sleep in it. TV didn’t work. Breakfast was basic and not much choice at all. Whatever you do. Do not book this hotel

Not only was the hotel beautiful, the staff was absolutely amazing so friendly and welcoming. The rooms were cleaned everyday, great value for money, loved the location and the views.

Excellent restaurant, and great staff

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was fine, but the restaurant and its staff is excellent. they serve very delicious dishes. The shower has a problem initially, but it was quickly fixed , so no complain about that.

The only problem is that you can clearly hear the voice from other rooms or when they use the bathroom. The hotel rated as 4 stars, it is expected that hot bottle and coffee and tea with small cups provide in each room. Also, there is no Toiletries except the hair cap in the room, and bottle of the shampoo and hand soup.

The hotel and the staff were great! The staff had smiles always and went above and beyond. The food options and taste at dinner was 10/10!

I only wish they had bigger rooms and baths included - for a 4 star hotel I did hope for an option of a bath at least!

The breakfast was very good! The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was small but clean. The view from the room was excellent. The structure itself overlooks Frascati and so you can see the sunsets in the evening.

The structure is designed for longer stays. The room was difficult to find and when we arrived in the room the curtains didn't close properly. Upon departure, the front desk was busy with other conventions and so I did not receive a kind goodbye.
