Posizione comodissima al centro storico, camere di recentissima ristrutturazione molto curate in tutti i particolari, letto comodissimo, macchinetta per te e caffè a disposizione degli ospiti per una comoda pausa rilassante, il bagno è molto curato con doccia ampia e asciugamani di spugna morbidissimi, i gestori sono stati molto disponibili per cercare di soddisfare tempestivamente tutte le nostre richieste.
Non c'è nulla che non mi sia piaciuto ma segnalo alcuni aspetti forse migliorabili:
La colazione non è disponibile presso la struttura ma presso un bar della vicina Piazza San Pietro, bar pasticceria con ampia offerta di dolci e salati, purtroppo durante il nostro soggiorno era sempre molto affollato e risultava difficile trovare un tavolino sul quale consumare la colazione.
La camera, seppur curatissima, non è molto spaziosa e mancano dei cestini per la raccolta dei rifiuti; l'unico disponibile era in bagno e di dimensioni ridottissime.
La TV ha avuto un problema al telecomando che, nonostante il prodigarsi da parte dei gestori nel tentativo di risolverlo, ci ha permesso di vedere solamente RAI 1.
Durante l'uso della doccia si manifesta una copiosa fuoriuscita di acqua dalla guaina contenitiva (probabilmente manca di un poco di silicone).
