la villa ha un "tono" che lascerebbe pensare ad un livello più che accettabile dell'alloggio. bellissimo il giardino e molto curato l'arredamento delle zone comuni
la camera matrimoniale standard ha dimensioni appena sufficienti: Purtroppo a causa forse di un mancato utilizzo da tempo, si avverte uno sgradevole odore di "chiuso umido", che è passato anche alla biancheria del letto e del bagno, creando anche qualche disagio al riposo. La doccia presenta vistosi segni di calcare (rubinetteria e struttura) e manca della porta. Sufficiente la colazione offerta.
