La colazione potrebbe essere migliorata

Camera abbastanza grande, pulita e luminosa. Il bagno non grandissimo ma con tutto il necessario. Colazione con prodotti confezionati sia dolci che salati con diverse bevande calde e fredde. Posizione ideale per visitare i castelli romani da Frascati a Castel Gandolfo passando da Nemi e per fare una gita anche a Roma.

Un'ottima soluzione, tutto bene.

la struttura è tranquilla, dispone di un parcheggio interno. noi abbiamo passato solo una notte e ci siamo trovate molto bene, forse per qualche giorno in più sarebbe stato meno “comodo”.

Breakfast was okay and ham and beer in fridge were appreciated. Lots of parking after 5 p.m. but tight till then

GPS sent us to Grottaferrata rather than on Frascati (down) side of same road. B & B is located on hill and not set back from road so noise of traffic will be a concern to most travelers wanting a quiet room. Customers should be told to bring foam ear plugs or management should have them available in room. They cost very little. Potential customers should also be advised that large people will find it difficult to use the tiny shower stall. Location out of town means a 10 minute walk down a narrow sidewalk overgrown with thistles. Someone in B&B management ought to complain to authorities to get sidewalk cleared or make arrangements to pay someone a day's wages to do it so B&B customers can walk safely into town. Return from Frascati at night by taxi is recommended. No one available for check-in so customers responsible for finding keys, etc.
