Disappointed

The explanation about the city tax payment was completely insufficient. I was told to go to another place, which was an hour’s walk away. When I got there, no one was there. Later, they allowed me to pay in another way (leaving the cash at the apartment), but they should have told me about that option in the first place.

The location was excellent, right in the middle of the town, and in walking distance of the train station.

The room was rather small and crowded for two, and I would have been glad to have a proper table and chair, but at that price I'm not complaining!

location is superb. Right in the heart of Frascati. Steps away from great bars and restaurants.

Breakfast was a bit of a lottery. One morning there was no butter, the guy just said it had ‘finished’. Some mornings there would be juice, some not. Twice we had no cutlery.

Active ZTL zone will not let you park your car close to the apt. I realized it once I got to the place and it was a problem for me with a number of big suitcases which could not be left in the car overnight. In case of not regular needs like mine early departure or late arrival, it is better to call them much earlier because the phone number is not always answered.

Spacious rooms! Nice big windows with a terrace. Great location. Charm, our staff person was amazing and helped meet our needs!!

AC was not in one of the bedrooms. ( though it will be in the future) . Shower was a bit small.

The staff was gentle the flight was late so they phoned us to give the instruction of how to get it and how to connect wi-fi it was very close to the station

The heater was not connected and I had to request assistance. The recepcionist sent someone to check it really quick. The location is perfect.

no soundproofing so you can hear everything from other flats/outside. noisy bathroom fan. kitchen is not very well-equipped - no cutlery! lot of noise from outside in the morning - there is a school next door

Disappointing

Breakfast should start at 7:30. Quite late for me, because my bus was leaving Frascati at 8:00. One day there was no breakfast at 7:30, but only at 8:00. Too late for me. Reception closes at 8 pm. I informed, that my arrival will be at 8.30 pm only. E-Mail how to enter (key-code required) the hotel when reception is already closed was only send when I was already on my trip, Thus I don't received it. I found no information which is my room and where is the key arriving at the hotel. Contacting somebody of the hotel staff could clarify this, but it took 30 min, The rooms are ok and clean. I don't got the invoice for my stay at check out, but it was send to me in the required form via e-Mail during the day.

The check in process was easy and accessible. The B&B is located in the centre of the town. Breakfast was good.

The room were smaller than the ones pictured in the photos. We lacked few items in the last days of our stay.
