Perfect place

The room was clean and well proportioned and the bathroom and shower were first class with a touch of Italian class. The location was perfect, a stones throw from the cathedral and a short walk to Frascati station. The roof terrace was excellent.Breakfast was provided by a nearby coffee shop and it was basic but BEA utifil.

Very central and friendly welcome. Very clean. Nice terrace view even though I only saw the panorama at nighttime.

I’m a 108 kg guy, and for my taste, the mattress was quite hard and uncomfortable. Luckily, I only stayed for one night — I don’t think I would’ve survived a second. The windows hardly block out any noise from outside, so I had to deal with people talking, shouting and laughing loudly until around 1 a.m. There are also no proper curtains, so in the early morning, the light comes right through the metal window shutters — or whatever they’re called — and wakes you up.

Lovely B&B

The room was lovely and comfortable. It was very spacious and had a homely feeling. The shower was good and the bed was comfy. It was very clean and a perfect distance from the train station where it was easy to get into Rome. It was lovely getting to see Frascati.

Amazing accommodation 💟 love the place, equipment, staff, view, kitchen.. I wish we could stay longer! We had a great slept over. The breakfast was very tasty too, great coffee, spremuta e croissant do crema.

Lot of stairs but we knew about it and we were asked before if it's ok for us and our children!!! 💟💟💟 and it definitely was worth it!!

Wonderful place for a solo stay in Frascati!

This was a lovely place to stay for my three-day trip to Frascati! It was in a very central location; I was able to walk easily to everything including restaurants and the train station, which was only 5 minutes away. The terrace was very nice, and I spent a few hours up there reading during sunset. The host was a pleasure to chat with, and extremely helpful as well :) I highly, highly recommend staying here!

I would like to come back and stay more days

The apartments are located in the very center, it is very lively around, full of bars and cafes, while the noise of the street does not interfere with sleep. For the breakfast guests are sent to historical Bar degli specchi, very near and with an excellent coffee and pastries. In the Apartments there is also possibility to prepare tea or coffee, to go to the beautiful terrace with a cup of tea and relaxed there. The hostess Maddalena is very nice person, ready to help with everything. All rooms are very clean, three are many pleasant and cozy little things.

La struttura è in centro, vicino ai luoghi più interessanti dí Frascati.

La stanza non era particolarmente accogliente, il bagno è piccolissimo, manca il bidet, sostituito da un doccino. Pochissima la scelta di infusi, solo tè e caffè. La colazione, se non si fa in modo autonomo in struttura, è convenzionata in un bar nei dintorni della struttura stessa: buona, ma essenziale, cappuccino o caffè con il cornetto

Un soggiorno nel centro di Frascati in un delizioso appartamento

Appartamento molto ben curato, arredato e pulito. Host altrettanto accogliente. Terrazza molto bella.

L’accesso al 5 piano senza ascensore non è comodissimo, ma ne eravamo a conoscenza. La colazione presso il Bar convenzionato non delle migliori dato che in zona ci sono bar ben più carini e puliti.

Camera davvero accogliente, con tutti i confort, una splendida terrazza dove poter consumare i pasti o godersi le tranquille serate estive. L host Maddalena una persona davvero deliziosa, disponibilissima, ti fa sentire a casa

Le scale sono l unica nota dolente, ma del resto Frascati è piena di scale, forse tra le sue caratteristiche... L' appartamento è al terzo piano senza ascensore, ma è così carino e accogliente che si fa perdonare la salita
