Beautiful stay and a delicious breakfast!

The view from our room was fabulous and the size of the room was wonderful. We had a massive double bed, plus another bed in a separate room. The breakfast was amazing, with loads of options.

It was surprising, given the luxury of the surrounds and the size of the room, that we were given only one pillow each and no blankets were provided. Luckily none was needed because the room did keep nice and warm.

AMAZING view across Rome as the Villa sits high up on one of Rome’s surrounding hills. Quiet suburban area with plenty of nature to loose yourself in. Head to the benches placed behind the old Villa for the best view. Fantastic roof top terrace with lovely breakfast provided. They even use the outside terrace area for Aerial Yoga retreats. Unfortunately there wasn’t one on when we stayed. Plenty of parking.

Not easy to find reception as the site is large and used for many other businesses. There’s a hospitality training college there, children’s Day nursery, banking offices, so it took a while for us to find the accommodation reception area. It is actually right in front of the car parking area through some glass doors, so how we missed it, I don’t know 🙄🫢

Great place to stay! We'll definitely visit it again in the future !

The breakfast was very good and the restaurant on the top of the villa had an excellent view, it was clean and the staff polite and helpful.

There has been a little misunderstanding while we changed our initial booking from a 3-bed apartment to a 4-bed one. The desk maybe didn't make it clear to the staff who succeeded them so they called us to ask which was our apartment. But apart from this minute problem our entire experience was excellent.

Great stay but without a car transportation is difficult but to no fault of the hotel itself.

The property was wonderful and we were very happy with our room and all services provided. The staff was very helpful as well

Transportation was tough. The taxis were a hit or miss and price was a big variable as they come up from Rome. The busses didn’t seem to hold to their schedule either so it was a little difficult visiting without a car.

Fabulous stay in the heart of Tuscany.

Great location and gorgeous views. We wish we could have stayed much longer. The breakfast was fantastic. Everyone is super nice and helpful. One note: they only take cash!

the facilities in the kitchenette were so basic it was not possible to cook. few items of cutlery and dishes. no soap or dish cloths.

The fact there was building works going on right outside our window and wilw us up with noise The lack of comfortable seating for guests in the terrace or in reception Wasn't clear there is a school on the premises which. Creates alot of noise and traffic in mornings

Stanze spaziose e luminose, bagno grande. Letti davvero confortevoli. Molto apprezzata la cortesia del personale. La colazione a buffet è stata una vera sorpresa, dai dolci al salato...fatta sulla terrazza panoramica della struttura, con un panorama meraviglioso.

Wir waren für 2 Tage dort, weil wir uns Rom anschauen wollten. Die Villa liegt sehr schön ruhig im Grünen und ist trotzdem zentral (mit dem Zug 30 min von Rom Termini entfernt)gelegen. Die Zimmer sind sehr komfortabel, sehr sauber und ruhig. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, egal ob Sicherheitspersonal, Service oder Empfang. Das Frühstücksangebot war sehr umfangreich, egal ob süß oder herzhaft, oder einfach nur Obst, es war alles da. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder, aber dann länger....
