A real gem.

Loved the style and the ambience of the hotel and gardens . The room was extremely comfortable and there was no noise (considering there was a wedding happening during our stay - I was amazed) It was superb - the pool was a lovely bonus, as was the free shuttle ride into Frascati and back.

It was just absolutely beautiful. The views were amazing, the staff were amazing and our accommodation was just beautiful.

The only thing I could see was that there were no toilets near the pool and the pool bar food was not great.

Great view

Be careful with this hotel as money was stolen from us! We stayed at this hotel for one night as we were attending a wedding that was taking place there. When we arrived, we dropped our bags off in the room and went to the pool for about an hour before heading back to get ready for the wedding. I had prepared the exact amount of cash I needed for the hair and makeup, so I knew exactly what I had with me. When it was time to pay, I opened my wallet and realised €80 was missing. I couldn’t believe it. It must have been taken by someone who had access to the room, likely staff, as the door was locked when we left. The cleaning service was working in the corridor at the time we went to the pool, so it’s very possible it happened then. Because the wedding was about to start and we had an early departure the next morning, I didn’t have the chance to report it to the reception or management. But after we got home, I looked up reviews online and saw other people had reported the same kind of thing happening, which was really concerning. It’s a shame because it could have been a great stay otherwise, but this really left a bad impression and we would definitely not return there ever again.

The rooms were comfortable, clean and the terrace was fantastic. It would have been nice to have got a coffee and a snack by the pool.

It would have been nice to have had a coffee pod machine in the rooms as this is now expected in hotels of this quality. However they did provide a kettle and fresh milk and tea on request.

We were happy for the feeling of the hotel and the staff.

We asked beforehand for "easy located" room and they gave us the room which was as far it could be from the main building. Also the quality of the restaurant was disappoitment for both of us.

A beautiful hotel, in a relaxing environment.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel, steeped in history. The pool was lovely and views from my room into the courtyard were so gorgeous!

Unfortunately, the surfaces in the bathroom and the desk in the bedroom had not been cleaned. There were some false lashes, and under eye gel pads stuck to the bathroom counter and some kind of powder on the desk in the bedroom. I always carry dettol wipes with me so I cleaned the surfaces myself, however it was something that made me conscious of the cleanliness of the rest of the room. Perhaps on this occasion the surfaces had been missed, which was a real shame because I would’ve given the hotel a perfect score otherwise.

Peaceful place near Rome

We wanted to find a place to relax and get some peace and quiet outside the city and this was just it. The villa is amazing from inside, and we really enjoyed the pool area. Also a good location between Grottaferrata and Frascati, both towns easily accessible by car and the hotel also offers their own shuttle bus to Frascati train station.

The rooms are a bit old.

Marvellous hotel close to Ciampino and the Collini Romani

The villa was very impressive and being used as a film set while we were there. Interesting to watch but very chaotic in the grounds and nowhere to sit outside without being in shot. Breakfast was excellent with a great choice of hot and cold items. There was a free minibus into Frascati which saved trying to park there and allowed us to dine there away from the film crew.

Pool could have been open as weather was excellent.

Booked through Booking.com . Booking.com showed a "classic room" of which we did not get. The room both parties had was not safe for a person over 4 ft tall! Asked to be switched . Was not accommodated because we book through BOOKING.COM! . We were very disappointed. This is my second visit to Villa Grazlioli. I still love the buildings and grounds. BEAUTIFUL! I will return, however I will not go through Booking.com.
