Central location and good-sized bedroom
Shared bathroom usually not an issue, but occasionally there are timing conflicts with other “tenants”.

Our experience at Il Cucù was absolutely perfect. From the very beginning, communication with Flavia was exceptional - quick, clear, and incredibly helpful. She went above and beyond to meet all our requests and needs, making everything smooth and stress-free.
The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and full of charm, and the location couldn’t be better: just a 2-minute walk from the train station, providing effortless access to Rome while still enjoying the peaceful beauty of Frascati.
Flavia’s warm hospitality and impeccable organisation made this stay truly memorable. We couldn’t have asked for more. A perfect 10/10 - highly recommended!

La limpieza y lo bien equipado qué estaba en cuanto artículos de higiene personal. También es importante destacar el desayuno que era muy abundante y variado.
El pizo del dormitorio se movía demasiado.
La mampara de la ducha es tan estrecha que no permite prácticamente ningún movimiento. Casi que no puedes agacharte a tomar el shampoo

El baño es muy, muy, mejorable. Todo, salvo las toallas, ropa de cama, mobiliario, etc, tiene pinta de haberse comprado en un rastro o tienda de segunda mano
