The location is quite good and easy access to the beach and nearby pubs, restaurants and bars. The room had a good size and main appliances.
The room was not the cleanest and the infrastructure is not even close expected for the price. Privacy is not a must and I would not recommend.

Great, quiet place where you can actually rest and enjoy. It's far away from day/night music (parties) that other hotels with pools are offering. The entire place is sarounded with flowers and trees that smell really nice and those big trees are giving you privacy (you cannot see other balconies).
There are several stores and 2 beaches within 5 minutes of walk. The parking is free on the street and bus station is also within 5 minutes of walk. The staff is nice and the apartments are clean and big enough.
There is literally nothing in the apartment. You will have few small bottles of shampoo and shower gel, few toilet paper rolls. There was nothing else in the kitchen. No salt, sugar, dish sponge, washing detergent. We had one medium pan and pot.

The houses are very cute and the surrounding (garden) is amazingly beautiful. It was a pleasure to spend our holidays in such a lovely place.
The staff was amazing. All smiley and helpful. The second I asked about anything, the staff made everything possible to solve the problem.
The cleaning lady was very nice as well. She cleaned the house really often and was respectful to come again if someone was still sleeping.
Location was good as well. Really close to the beach, to the pool and to the city center. However, if you plan to go to nissi beach often, this location is not the best
It was peaceful and all the neighbors were nice as well, we never even heard them
We had a problem of cockroaches on the first floor (the second floor does not have this problem as the cockroaches come from the garden). However, I can’t count it as a huge problem as when I told the receptionist about it, they imitate immediately spread something and all the insects disappeared. The staff was really helpful

It was good for this price for one night stand.
Tons of mosquitoes. No hair drier. The baby cord was without mattress so we had to sleep all together on one bed.
