I really appreciated the friendly staff everywhere I interacted with them. The rooms were clean and quiet, the food was tasty and varied, and the hotel’s location and the views from the rooms were excellent.
The coffee beans are of very mediocre quality — in fact, they taste even worse than instant coffee.

The food was delicious and had a good variety to choose from.
The SPA is nice and Ana is a very gifted and passionate therapist.
The apartment was not really 2 separate rooms as there is a design feature that created a gap in the wall right in front of the bathroom. The layout was weird with the main bedroom at the entrance and the living room in the back. The works could have been done with more attention to detail. The sound insulation between room and hallway is inexistent.
The night shift receptionists have no decision as they could not arrange a late checkout for the next day. Despite our complaints about the shortcomings of the apartment, they had no solution and offered no compensation for it except offering a higher floor for the same that made no sense for us.
