the view from the beach facing rooms of nissi beach cannot be beaten.
stayed here 3 times now, minor points but some work is needed in the bathrooms now, the extractor fans never work in the bathroom leading to condensation. the shower trays need to be overhauled as water is not contained whilst showering, they need enclosed glass shower cubicles. also need more towel hangers in bathroom behind the door as space is not being used. The gym is also very poor for a hotel of this class, put it on the roof with a view of the sea. Also Adams beach hotel next door (a 5 star hotel) has a revamped rooftop bar (the glasshouse), Vassos need to do the same now to retain its guests in the evenings. otherwise another fantastic stay.....

The hotel has a great view and an amazing location right by Nissi Beach — perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sea. The food was good and the overall experience was pleasant.
We did have a bit of an rude and unprofessional encounter with the staff at the Famous Bar, but aside from that, everything else was really good.

View is spectacular and location on Nissi beach is awesome.
The gym is terrible. Almost pointless saying there is one. Not enough equipment and what is there is not good quality.
The pool towel system is terrible, very strict and not at all customer focussed. It’s like the hotel is doing us a favour and convinced everyone is a thief.
The laundry service is terrible- lazy. We asked for an express service and the laundry sat in the office all day.
The reservation of sunbeds in pool area needs to be policed as people seem to think it’s ok to reserve a group of sunbeds all day for their personal use when not even there. This means that people who only want an hour or 2 can’t use the pool area at all!! It’s selfish and u fair when we are all paying to stay and use the facilities.
Need to get decent coffee/ barista.
