So White Beach Resort

Best hotel I’ve ever been!! If u see negative comments it’s from people that will always find bad things. We really liked the room, we had a private pool next to the parking of the hotel, very comfortable! The hotel have 3 huge pools and a an amazing beach, we did jet ski it was amazing. And most important the people there is special. I was sad to leave and say good bye to them. Also if u like cats there are a lot of cute ones in the area of the pool

The WiFi is really bad! Prepare to do a SIM card Breakfast is ok Launch is not the best Dinner is ok I recommend to go eat sometimes in aya Napa restaurants and not only in the hotel.

Pools, gardens and beach were beautiful. Great location on one of the nicest beaches in Cyprus. Bathroom was nice, shower was lovely and small pool at the room too which the kids loved! Comfortable bed too.

Rooms need a little maintenance, switches falling off the wall, broken nespresso machine, door handles falling off, just small things but easily fixed.

The whole hotel is beautifully designed, lovely gardens, pools and rooms all with mood lighting. The staff were friendly and attentive.

The pools are wonderful to swim in but the floor was slippery and lots of care was required when supporting my elderly parents. Our room was overbooked for our first night so needed to stay in a first floor room when we booked a garden room with a pool. This was far from ideal as needed a ground floor room for my wheelchair using father. Music from the beach bar is overbearing if you want to have a quiet break.

The place looks nice from the outside, but there’s nothing for children. The staff are very friendly and helpful!

This property needs renovation. I paid €1900 for a room off season (on October 27th) with a jacuzzi, which did not work properly. The staff came about five times to fix it, but without success. The room had no ventilation or dehumidifier, so because of the jacuzzi the humidity was unbearable — it was hard to breathe. There wasn’t even a door separating the jacuzzi area, and there was a terrible smell coming from the drains. When we arrived, one leg of the bed was broken, and when I sat down, it collapsed. The electrical sockets in the room and in the bathroom didn’t work either. This is definitely not a 5-star hotel. The hair dryer didn’t work. I asked for a refund for the jacuzzi part, but of course they refused, saying it wasn’t possible. I even suggested that, in that case, they could at least offer us all inclusive, since there was mold and we couldn’t use the jacuzzi. We skipped meals twice because there were literally cockroaches walking on the food. Breakfast was exactly the same every day for 7 days — nothing new. The restaurant with the all inclusive option was also disappointing: pork at lunch, pork at dinner, the same food over and over, no variety, and the taste wasn’t good — at least not to our liking. I don’t know if this was because it was off season, but it was definitely not worth the money. The rooms should be renovated, and if something you paid for doesn’t work, you should be refunded. I do not recommend the all inclusive option. They also didn’t check the room before giving it to us — it was not as described! The staff were very kind and helpful, and the exterior of the hotel was nice, very close to the sea.
