Upon entering the room, I noticed several issues:
The room was dirty, and the floor was sticky.
One of the provided coffee cups had been used and not replaced with a clean one.
There was mold in the bathroom, and the entire room smelled of mold.
The bathroom taps were dirty, and the shower was leaking throughout the night, preventing me from getting any sleep.
The condition of the shower was the worst I have ever seen, with a missing tile replaced by a piece of the “No Diving” pool sign.
The balcony door lock was broken and made it unsafe to leave my belongings in the room (eventually it was fixed)

We stayed at so nice, didn’t really use much of there facilities other than the swimming pool and now and then for coffee at BLU. The swimming pool toilet is the only down fall of the facilities no tissue in the toilets but otherwise all good. The beach club doesn’t really have live entertainment it just plays music but again a very nice place the go to chill and have a drink we didn’t use this facilities. Receptionists are very helpful and friendly. Our ac wasn’t working when we arrived went and spoke to the hotel receptionist and they helped solve our problem. Brilliant hotel if you’re not gonna travel in to the centre of napa. 4/5 will definitely recommend it.
