Clean, modern facilities, large spaces, good views, well decorated, spacious.
New Year’s Eve check in took 35 minutes to queue and was frustrating. The New Year’s Eve gala was really expensive and didn’t cater for kids meals although I was assured that they would. No nuggets, chips, pizza, pasta, burgers, cheese, butter fish. One of my kids only ate a bread roll and we were charged €55.

Great location. Very nice, large and clean room. The Spa and its staff are fantastic. Good parking facilities provided by the hotel. Kids friendly. Great the hotel has direct access to a mini-market. Direct access to the beach.
Could not get a dinner table at the rooftop hotel restaurant. The tennis court is in a very poor condition and does not reflect a five star hotel. The breakfast room and quality of food is average. Certain areas of the hotel seems slightly run down.
