The hotel is right next to the beach, which is a huge plus. The rooms are clean and spacious. The restaurant is well organized and the food is delicious.
The AC in the room was blowing only hot air. We turned it to 18.0 degrees Celsius and it was still blowing hot air even tho the room itself was unbearably hot.
The SPA in the hotel is a separate facility, where they have only massages/jacuzzi/one sauna (the jacuzzi was not working when we were there). All of these you need to book beforehand and pay separately from the all inclusive. Otherwise the hotel offers only the outdoor pools and one indoor pool.

Good food selection, good location by the sea and lots of facilities to use and the bar staff were very friendly.
1. It would be useful to have a drinks menu for dinner with prices as they are not included for half board.
2. There was no iron in the room which made it awkward to go downstairs to use the hotel iron.
3. There was too many staff rushing collecting plates at dinner and not enough staff for drinks service.

Even though the hotel is new, our room already had some cosmetic damage, public sauna was broken, and we were offered a paid sauna for 15 euros per person. In the corridor, there was a heavy smell of cigarette smoke; the staff were usually cold and not welcoming. Even with an all-inclusive package, you have to pay for drinkable water at the bar ( during breakfast/lunch/dinner, it is included). In the room, we had only 1 litre bottle for 2 people a day. Wine selection in all-inclusive package was limited to the worst wine you can find in Cyprus. Some areas of the hotel were not tidy and clean. Not the hotel we want to come back to.
