    Its a five star hotel on Nissi beach with a kind of private beach. Lots of sunbeds around the pool. It becomes busy on weekends. Everything is overpriced but glasshouse restaurant is very good. Check in is at 3 and check out at 11 that is not convinient at all. Breakfast is good but coffee selection is limited I booked a honey moon suit that i was big with a jacuzzi in the room. It was dirty. Outdated and dirty as when it was filled the water was yellow. Called the reception and send housekeeping to clean. After 1hour they cleaned it. Then when to the shower, shower was broken. Spend 2 hours waiting to change the mixer so we could have a shower and go for dinner. Parking due to the weekend and a local wedding was full. Had to park around the Adams adult wing adjacent the hotel. If you need to use the spa, you need again to pay 25€pp for 3hours. Other 5 star hotels give this for free for the inhouse guests. Here everything was extra.

    The rooms are nice and recently renovated; however, the hotel overall still requires some upgrades. The breakfast area does not meet the standards expected of a 5-star hotel. In addition, cold coffee is offered at an extra charge, which should be reviewed, as it would be preferable to include it within the breakfast selection. The staff was very friendly and helpful!

    The room was modern and nicely renovated, but the cleanliness was disappointing. When we moved the sofa, we found cigarette butts, insects, dust, and dirt underneath. There was also a lot of noise from the guests upstairs and from the corridors, even during quiet hours, which made it difficult to rest. Parking was another major issue. There are not enough parking spaces for all guests, and it seemed that some residents received special treatment with reserved spots. When I complained about this, the receptionist laughed instead of handling the situation professionally. The service was below expectations for a 5-star hotel. We asked for a coffee refill, but room service told us they had nothing available and never followed up or solved the issue. Even the special requests we made for our two-night stay were completely ignored. The breakfast was average and nothing special. There were many egg options and vegetables, but overall the quality and variety did not justify the hotel’s rating. Overall, it was a very mediocre experience and definitely not what we expected from a 5-star hotel.
