We had a wonderful vacation. The hotel is located very short distance from the beach, 2 Min walk, and at the same time very quite location. The breakfasts was excellent, rooms clean, staff friendly, close to restaurants on the main street. I would come back.

Great location, next to the calm side of Nissi beach, great food and perfect pool. The water in the pool is clear and very nice warm.😊

The hotel had amazing staff and breakfast. The rooms and hotel were exceptionally clean. The rooms and food are overpriced. Reception staff were super friendly. All the restaurants and bars were quite overpriced.

I was excited to stay at this hotel and had high expectations, especially considering it is marketed as a five-star property. Unfortunately, I left feeling disappointed, as my experience did not reflect what I consider to be a true luxury five-star standard. As someone who works in the hospitality industry, I naturally pay close attention to the details that shape a guest's experience, which is why these aspects stood out to me. For a rate of approximately *** per night, I expected a higher level of quality, attention to detail, and overall refinement. A few examples stood out to me: - Disposable wooden spoons instead of proper teaspoons. - A completely empty minibar, with no drinks or snacks available. - The balcony cleanliness did not reflect the standard I would expect from a five-star property. - The bathroom amenities felt more in line with a standard hotel than a luxury one. The hotel's public areas are elegant and create an excellent first impression. However, I found the rooms to be rather standard and lacking the luxurious feel that the rest of the property suggests. When guests choose a five-star hotel, they are paying for more than just a room. They are paying for exceptional service, thoughtful details, impeccable presentation, and an experience that feels noticeably different from an ordinary hotel. Those details are what justify the premium price, and unfortunately, I felt that many of them were missing during my stay. None of the points I mentioned would have been a major issue on their own. However, together they created an experience that felt inconsistent with both the hotel's five-star positioning and its price point. I believe the property has great potential, but luxury is defined by attention to detail. Based on my experience, I simply did not feel that the overall experience justified the price I paid or lived up to the standards I associate with a true five-star hotel. Thank you.
