Tasia Maris Sands - Adults Only

The hotel is situated almost on the beach , which helps enormously as ‘ the towel brigade’ are up at the crack of dawn , putting there towels down . That would be the only negative comment as the hotel fulfilled my high expectations.

Ideally located right on the beach with a nice coastal path providing a pleasant walk into town and good place to go jogging. A good selection of food and drinks for those choosing the all inclusive option. The gym was basic and could do with a bit of an update but is at a standard expected for the star rating of the hotel. Hotel staff were extremely friendly and did everything they could to make the stay enjoyable. The pool area was great with plenty of choice of sun loungers and cabanas and never had to fight to find one available. I highly recommend this hotel if you want somewhere quiet to stay with good amenities and access to a great beach. A great place to relax after a busy night out in Ayia Napa.

Friendly staff. Good food and drinks. Nice ocean view from room. It’s a small resort. Just one pool and restaurant. We enjoyed being there for 5 nights. Would recommend

Our stay at Hotel Tasia Maris Sands - Adults Only was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. The location couldn’t be better, with stunning sea views and easy access to the beach, restaurants, and everything Ayia Napa has to offer, while still providing a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The hotel itself is spotless, modern, and beautifully maintained, making it the perfect place to unwind. What truly made our holiday unforgettable, however, was the incredible staff. Every single member of the team went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They were warm, professional, genuinely caring, and always happy to help with a smile. By the end of our stay, they no longer felt like staff—they felt like friends. That personal touch is something you simply can’t put a price on, and it’s what sets this hotel apart from the rest. Thank you all for making our holiday so special. We leave with wonderful memories and can’t wait to return again for our fourth time.
